I decided to remodel my basement , actually to convert for some other purpose. I sent a quotes to 6 contractors and offer from Venetian Builders was most acceptable. Yoav was my project manager, he was very helpful with his advises and he was completely honest. He handled some unexpected issues very quick and efficient. The result of his professionalism and his team of course, was perfect outcome. I am more than satisfied with Yoav and Venetian Builders and will highly recommend them!

We hired recently this company and the job they did was build an outdoor kitchen. We requested something different and Jonathan completely understood what we wanted. The job was finished quick, with no issues and the price was unchanged at the end. Very trustworthy contractor, will use this company for other work on our house!

Venetian builders and Yoav, did a great job by remodeling our kitchen. The group of workers came to our house every morning, on time and stayed till they were able to finish the work scheduled for that day. They completed what Yoav planned for them to do for that day and then they came back the following morning to continue the work under the supervision of Yoav. The kitchen remodeling project was finished on the time frame that Yoav gave us before we hired him. Yoav was very nice to us and he was very easy person to work with. He explained us everything that was belong to the project and he was very pleasant man to talk to. And we are very happy with our new kitchen!

I had my master bathroom done by Venetian Builders. Jonathan and his crew were great. They were on budget, on time and cleaned every day. Because of all that result was fantastic, my master bathroom looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Venetian Builders if you have a bathroom remodel to do!

I hired Venetian Builders to build an addition. it was a pretty big project but I got recommendation on this company from my close friend so I was sure they will do perfect job. Jonathan and his crew were great from start to finish. Jonathan helped me a lot with his suggestions and he did everything for my fully satisfaction. The project went smoothly and was finished before estimate time. The price did not changed and the outcome was excellent. Highy recommend this great contractor!!

Last year the roof was leaking and we waited for the hot days in order to repair it. We called few companies and we met with some of them because others didn't show up at all. Michael from Venetian Builders came over and went up to the roof to check and see what is the problem. He noticed the problem and recommended us to replace the roof because of its age on top on the several problems that he found and showed us. His estimate for the roof was reasonable and fair and we hired them for the job. The work scheduled for a week when it’s hot and not raining. Michael came over with several workers that removed the old roof and start placing the new one. Michael made sure to clean up each day and to make sure that there are no debris in the house. 3 Days it took them to install the new roof and to make sure that everything is good and without any problem. We are happy and pleased with the work and the price that we got from Michael.

Recently we had our kitchen done by Venetian Builders. We met with the owner Michael, who was the person that made for us the design for the new kitchen, the kitchen plans were made by Michael and was delivered to us by him on our second meeting. Michael always came to our meetings on time and all the documentation was made professionally and with all the details we needed to have and know. His workers made each day on time and didn't miss any day. Michael made sure to visit our house and to make sure that everything goes according to plan and with no mistakes. We had to do some minor changes and we were surprised that Michael didn't charge us with it. The kitchen came out the way we thought. The kitchen included: cabinets, lighting, appliances, and paint. We are happy to hire Venetian Builders!

Venetian Builders recently completed my kitchen remodeling project. Our existing kitchen was a complete mess, old and not functional. Michael was able to demolish it completely and to redesign it based on our needs and budget. The work that he did for us took close to a month (based on a daily work) and he made sure to keep the price as he promised me and not to add any hidden charges to some changes that came up during the work. I really love the new kitchen and I recommend Michael and his team for any home remodeling projects.

I hired Venetian builders after I interviewed several companies that I thought can remodel my kitchen. Michael who was assigned to my remodeling project by the company... came over, checked the existing kitchen and came up with a great design that maximized the space and implemented all the functionality and features that I wanted to have. More than that, he was able to work around my budget and he made sure that nothing will caused the budget to increase. During the work, they had few changes that they needed to do and Michael made all of them without any modification of the agreement. I am very happy with all the work and service that I got from them and I highly recommend them to anyone else who is interesting in a remodeling project.

I had 4 estimates done for seismic retrofitting of our house, and Michael from Venetian builders came back with the lowest bid without trying to force the sell on us in any way as unfortunately I felt the other companies did. They were able to get me into their schedule within a 2 weeks from the date I signed the documents, while the other companies would have taken many weeks. The workers including Michael arrived with what seemed like an army of workers who efficiently got the work done and cleaned up, leaving barely a trace. The receptionist from Venetian builders was good very good when it came to communication skills. She made sure to keep me updated and working with my schedule. All said and done, I interacted with a lot of different employees from Venetian builders and they were all professional and a pleasure to work with. Good company and people!

I’ve hired Yoav at Venetian Builders for a personal remodeling project at my house and I have collected most of the vision aspect of it from several houses that I saw in the past and present. Yoav had a lot of patient during our meetings about the project (Kitchen and master bedroom) and he responded very fast to my phone calls, texts or emails and all of that so he can come up with the most accurate design and estimate. When he presented to me the design, I was very pleased with what I saw and after few minor modifications to it, we agreed on the final one which it is now the same thing as the real remodeling project (the new kitchen). Yoav, Morgan (from the main office) and the working crew, were always on time, worked together very well and work hard to make sure that my remodeling project will be completed on time and to my complete satisfaction.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and it was a great idea to search for a contractor that will be able to do it in a fairly price and on time. I did my research in several websites to find the right contractor for me. I was so impressed by what I saw and read on Prestige’s online profile that included not only reviews and people opinions, but photos that represent his work. I interviewed 6 potential contractors for my kitchen remodeling, compared prices and the scope of work. Ezra at Venetian Builders stood out because he met with us, listening to what I wanted to get and when I had questions – he answered. His estimate was very similar to the other ones that I got so I decided to hire him. My kitchen space was not big and it was a challenge; Ezra had many perfect ideas that proved that the space was not the issue! His main idea was to take down the wall separating the living room from the kitchen and by that we will get a very large open space of the entire floor. I loved that idea of our home having an open environment connecting all rooms very much. When the wall was removed, I blown away by the large open space. Ezra heard all of my ideas and implemented them into the design of the kitchen. All work was done on time as agreed we agreed upon. I am very happy with the way everything came out. There is more work to be done in my house I am planning on hiring him again for them. Venetian Builders will do the other remodeling projects that I want to do soon.
