Jessica Hester immediately met with us at our home to discuss our needs and concerns for remodeling our master bathroom to become handicapped accessible. She was knowledgeable of what would be needed and offered solutions to any concerns we had as to loss of space. She was thorough with her drawings and renderings so that the contractor understood exactly what was needed.
