Victory Closets

Greg impressed me within minutes of talking with him at a home show Victory Closets display booth. We were planning a major renovation to our 1950's era home, including the addition of a new, large master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Greg came to the house while the project was in the finishing stage, discussed our desires and vision and took measurements. Not too long after, he sent us a design proposal and quote. He had our business. When we were ready, Greg came and installed the closet system and we were thrilled with the result! It was beautiful and not just functional, but cleverly efficient in maximizing storage in the space available. That would be more than enough to earn a 5 star review but let's take this a bit further. About 5 years after installation, a segment of the closet system collapsed due to a material flaw. I contacted Greg and, literally without hesitation, he offered to send his installer Mark to fix the problem. Greg found in his supply some new old stock pieces that matched our now-discontinued color and within days sent Mark to address the issue. Mark not only replaced the failed pieces with new ones, he came up with a reinforcement for ALL of the like-pieces on that side of the closet! The cost to me; ZERO! That would be more than enough to earn a 6 star review but wait...there's more! Two years later, SEVEN YEARS after the initial installation, a similar segment on the opposite side of the closet collapsed due to the same material flaw. A text and some pictures to Greg, and I had a commitment that Mark would be back out to perform the same repair and reinforcement. Greg apologized profusely for the inconvenience and for not just having Mark perform the reinforcement procedure on that side of the closet two years earlier, but I honestly didn't think it would be necessary back then. Within days, Mark was back at the house with color matched old stock pieces and performed the same repair and reinforcement. The cost to me; again ZERO! This kind of customer care and service is unheard of these days! Thank you Greg and Mark and Victory Closets! Your product is beautiful, your design is eye catching and efficient and your customer care and product support is absolutely top-notch! I unhesitatingly and enthusiastically recommend Greg and Victory Closets for anyone's closet shelving and storage needs.

The process was easy, informative, and fun from design to install. We could not have had a better experience. Everything was handled professionally while listening to our project goals. I would hire this company again with total enthusiasm!

We've wanted a custom closet for years but never found the right company to work with. My wife found Victory Closets while searching for a local company. I called and spoke with Greg (the owner) and made an appointment for him to come to our house to show us what was available, take measurements, and then provide a quote. Greg got back to us the next day with a quote and several 3D drawings that gave us a realistic idea of what the final product would look like in our space. The quote was very fair so we placed an order with a promise that the system would be built and installed six weeks later. True to his word, the company installed the system on time and slightly less than the quote. We are very impressed with the outcome and recommend Greg and his installer, Mark, who was very fussy with the installation and the alignment of the soft-close drawers. If you always wanted a custom closet, this is the company you've been looking for.

I had Victory closets rearrange my bedroom walk in closet and my hallway closet a while ago. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Materials and hardware are terrific!!!!! Owners were tremendous and installer was top notch. Entire project took less than 5 hours. Best thing we ever did!!!!!!!!!

Greg, Dori, and Mark at Victory Closets (VC) were truly a pleasure to work with. My husband and I desperately Needed to graduate from the “complementary” home builder wire racks so based on their ad in the local Clipper magazine, we gave them a call. It was an easy decision to go with VC initial phone consultation to ease of communication via phone and email, I truly felt like they were designing a custom closet to fit my every need within my budget. Greg ALWAYS answers the phone and provides expertise and insights. He even put a rush on our order and the install was completed in time as I was expecting overnight company from out of town in two weeks. Unlike so many companies who want to push their products on you and tell you what you want based on what they want to sell, Victory closets simply listened very carefully to what I wanted and needed. They designed us a closet that I was extremely happy with. Mark, the installer was extremely professional and very quiet we hardly knew he was there. We never heard any drilling or hammering. He finished the job two hours earlier than expected and was very, very pleasant. I would highly recommend Victory Closets to anyone who is considering another company. The $8500. quote I received from Home Depot to get much less in terms of design was astronomical and out of the question. The materials that VC uses and the installation system was very high-quality and I can tell it will serve me and my husband‘s needs well for years to come. Can’t wait to show it off to my sisters.
