I am an interior designer and have collaborated with VAS on several home renovations and new construction projects over the past few years. Vinnie Sciarretta and his team are by far the most professional, conscientious and reliable builders I have worked with. The attention to clients wishes and budget as well as maintaining the highest in quality and detail is the priority. Vinnie has over 30 years of experience and it shows in each and every project he works on.

I interviewed several builders before hiring VAS for our project. There are many fine builders in our area, but VAS truly made this project a joy and I can't imagine going through such an extensive, detailed process with anyone else. We have renovated an apartment in NYC, and this was the second home we built in this area, but never before did we experience the attention to detail, the excellent craftsman who built the house, the professional sub-contractors from plumbing, heating/cooling, landscaping, masonry, etc...VAS was always conscious of our budget as well, and provided a variety of options when asked. The extensive knowledge, years of experience, attention to detail, and attitude of all who worked on this house with VAS made this a truly wonderful experience, We moved in on the date promised, and a year later they still check in on a regular basis to check on their work to make sure everything is still perfect! I highly recommend, and would absolutely hire them again.
