Vista Home Improvement

Not happy with the finish on my windows. Trim used was a piece of unsanded unstained pine that did not match the window. Not acceptable for a premium priced product

I hired Vista Home Improvement for my bathroom reno! The project went great from start to finish! We were kept in the loop at every turn. The only hitch was there was a mistake made with the shower doors that I chose, not being actually available with the style that I wanted. Vista was on top of this and made good on the inconvenience. I would and will use them again, and recommend them!!

i replaced around 6 windows (4 on living room and 2 basement hopper windows), selection criteria was really good, selected the best 3 glass layer for living room and 2 layer glass for basement, from the beginning to the end it really went well, and am really happy with the product, its been 3 months now, so far so good.

This is my assessment of Vista Home Improvement the people doing the work are nice and are usually there on time. The problem with this company is nobody knows what the other person is doing if they don't talk things do not get done. They are also in need of a quality glass business so they can keep up with there work its the glass that keeps putting them behind schedule. They have been involved with us since Oct. of 2016 thats 6 months since beginning and the work still goes on as they still have quite a lot to do. Would I choose this company again no would I recommend them, no nobody should have to go through what we have had to go through.

Great job with window replacements. Courteous, completed job as described and in a timely fashion. Clean up was great. Windows are awesome!
