My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our condo renovation included reconfiguring walls, new flooring throughout, fresh interior paint, and updated lighting. Volcano Builders managed every detail, including architect coordination, structural review, and full demo. Every tradesperson they brought—from electricians to painters—was courteous and professional. When we requested a last-minute change to a light fixture, they accommodated it without penalty and communicated cost implications clearly. The end result: a cohesive, stylish space reflecting our vision. Friends keep asking who did the remodel—we gladly refer them to Volcano Builders for their high standard of workmanship and customer care.
Volcano Builders, Inc.
Comment from Volcano Builders, Inc.:
Thank you, Kerfa. Managing a full renovation is always a team effort, and we’re proud to hear every detail from structure to finish was handled to your satisfaction. We appreciate your trust in us!

We were overwhelmed by options for our remodel, but Bar’s guidance saved us money. He recommended cost-effective plumbing fixtures, durable flooring choices, and practical lighting. They provided a detailed line-item estimate and stuck to it. When we made a mid-project change, they gave revised pricing before proceeding. The level of transparency was refreshing—no hidden costs, no surprises. The remodel was done on schedule, and we now have a streamlined, functional home full of smart choices.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad Bar’s guidance helped simplify the process and save on costs. Transparency and practical solutions are priorities for us, and we’re happy they made a difference for your remodel.
