Exemplary. I have worked with Warren on two projects and will hire him again without a second thought. His vision for not only what a space can look like, but what it can feel like and how it will operate is astounding without being overwhelming. His spaces are forward-thinking but comfortable - ecologically driven and detail oriented, but first and foremost a human-centered design. (as opposed to the budget, camera, award-judge, or ego-centered designs that are so common and so horrendous to live in)

I can't recommend this firm enough. I loved working with them! They surpassed my expectations for the job in design and function, which was not easy considering it was a remodel/tear down of a 1920's courtyard apartment house. They turned it into a warm, modern, chic place with dynamic lines. I constantly have people walking into my courtyard to get a better look at the place. I met Warren Wagner eight years before my project on an architectural tour and kept his card on my desk until I finally had a property to build on. He was my first and only phone call. He and his partner Deva are not only brilliant architects but were so helpful through all my trials and tribulations with the city. They were right there for me, holding my hand. Since the completion of my house they have been hired by two other people I know.
