Katie, Tina, and Madison did an excellent job on my Kitchen, pantry, dog room and butlers pantry remodel. Katie reconfigured my kitchen are and covered everything on our wish list. The renovation was in 2018 and everyday I think of how much I love the spaces she designed. I can't recommend Waterbury Kitchens enough! Love them!

Katy and Tina were great. Excellent insight and skills. Good taste. Cooperative and tolerant of our indecision. Their contractors worked fairly quickly and had a excellent result. I'd hire them again.

We hired Waterbury to bring our kitchen, built in 1970, into the 21st Century. After discussion, we agreed that the basic layout would be preserved, but the details, such as proportions and locations of different functions were open to change. Katie drew up an excellent plan and we went to work. Overall, the results were spectacular, meeting and, in some cases, exceeding our expectations. Everyone on the staff was a pleasure to work with, pleasant and flexible about occasional last-minute changes. Everything was highly organized, so that needed deliveries arrived when they were scheduled, and the subcontractors necessary to install them were available as required. Everyone who worked on the project was highly professional and skilled. For instance, when the floor covering had to be taken up in one corner of the room to install cabinets along the wall, the carpenter discovered that down below,serious rot had set into the supporting beams and the subfloor. He was able very quickly to expose the area, remove the rotten wood, and sister in substantial pieces of wood to restore the strength of the supporting beams. New subflooring was put in, the floor covering replaced. All in a (couple of?) days' work. We couldn't be happier with our renewed kitchen, and our experience with Waterbury was nothing but the best. So much so that just last spring we hired them to convert a disused plain washroom in one corner of our house to an attractive, fully functional bathroom. Again we were very pleased with the results. We recommend Waterbury with great enthusiasm.

We absolutely love our new kitchen that Waterbury designed for us. Katie has a beautiful aesthetic and cared about the details and quality as much as I did. She was excited by my vision for the project and we worked together seamlessly to make the vision a functional reality. All deadlines were met on time and she provided cost options to choose from.

They listened to our ideas and then guided us to a final product that exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on time and on budget - no surprises. Being new to the area and needing an expert to assist you with some renovations is a scary thing. The best thing I did was call Waterbury!! Katy and Tina came out to the house and it was evident from the get go that we had the people we needed to do the work. Katy's enthusiasm and detailed design knowledge was obvious. Within and short period of time we had designs, met at Waterbury's office to go over selections and signed the contract. We are excited to get the project completed and have full confidence it will be amazing.

Tina at Waterbury designed my kitchen remodel. She was great with input on colors, style, hardware, materials, everything! I'm going to have them re-design the master bath next. I chose Waterbury after meeting with a local competitor who did not listen to any of my likes and dislikes and then argued with me about my preferences. Waterbury is far superior.

I hired Waterbury kitchens to remodel my kitchen using some of my existing cabinetry. Katie designed the perfect kitchen which is functional and beautiful. Other designers did not listen to my opinions and did not plan the space for optimal use. Katie was able to provide high quality materials within my budget. It was very important to me to fully integrate the new with the existing c cabinets seamlessly. Waterbury really understood this and recognized the value of my existing custom cherry cabinets. When changes were needed because of budget, Katie gave me affordable alternatives to my original selections.
