Watercrest Pools and Outdoor Living

We had a good experience with Watercrest. Building a pool is a huge investment and comes with some risk, but Watercrest builds a solid pool.

Owner has a poor attitude to inquires regarding the pool. I was advised that my emails have become tiresome. When you spend $140k on a pool you would think that at a minimum the owner of this small company would come out and at least say thank you. Instead, I received unprofessional emails. All work was done by third part contractors. I would reccomend going with a large vetted pool company not a mom and pop shop that I thought would treat a customer better than they had. Lesson learned

Sam and his team are the best! Cannot say enough good things about their end product. Professional, timely, and fabulous results! Sam built a new pool for my family and he did a tremendous job from start to finish. With pool, outdoor grilling station and outdoor living with fireplace it was difficult to get approved by the city but Sam put together a detailed proposal with pictures which was unanimously approved by the city. Also, there were other issues which were not due to construction but Sam made it right and ensured all was working and that the issue was resolved. We have since sold the house within a year after building the pool and we got 125% return and got nothing but great reviews on our backyard oasis. In our new home his company is maintaining our pool and they always do a great job. He will most definitely be my choice to remodel our pool in the next year to 18 months.
