My construction experience was terrible. The job was over time and budget. I had my carpets ruined by a sub plumber that left water running under sink.Tiles in shower were cracked and unable to repair so had to replace the entire shower with a different tile that could handle stress of door. Found out the shower door wall was not reinforced. Electric not up to code and had to replace my circuit boxes after he was done. Could not repair leak in roof x2 times. New roofer found walls and roof rotted around new windows that he had just replaced. Used incorrect tiles in pool and now had to replace the entire tile work. Never on site, could never be contacted. Promises never kept. Worked on condos in Palm Beach and pushed my job back 6 months, Damaged furniture, lost parts to furniture. I could go on and on. In summary, be smart and don't bring this on your project.

Creative Construction & Management did a fabulous job renovating my winter home in Boca Raton. Their crew was professional, courteous, finished the renovation ahead of schedule and also under budget! Highly recommend!!!

This is my fourth home. Without exageration, the worst construction I have ever seen. Poor quality throughout, sloppy workmanship, and misleading. HVAC system has leaked 4 times and seems to have been put together with substandard materials. Appliances all failed within the first year and electricians consistently told me the installation was shabby. Water line not hooked to refrigerator, kick plate taped on, not screwed, toilet not bolted down, jacuzzi, garage door, etc all needed to be replaced. St. Andrews customers--BUYER BEWARE.
