Super friendly and helpful!! Called with a very minor project and felt I received the same attention as if it were a bigger more expensive project. Very grateful to see there are still businesses out there like this.

Columbus Cabinetry is a wonderful company. I discovered them late in my kitchen remodel which is a shame because they really have fantastic customer service. I ordered my final wood trim from them and I received an email from Melissa letting me know it was on the way and that my cabinet line was discontinued. I just made it with my final purchase. Whew! That type of communication is getting scarce. The other reason I highly recommend this company is that I told her I was missing two brackets from another cabinet that I did not purchase through Columbus Cabinetry and Melissa told me she had a couple of those brackets and would send asap. She did not charge me for the brackets or for postage. I received the brackets yesterday. Cannot say enough good things about Melissa and Columbus Cabinetry LLC.
