LoCOl helped turn our house into a home! Quickly after moving into our new house, we knew we wanted new indoor colors. We contacted LoCOl and they came out to us very quickly for an estimate. Their estimate spreadsheet was very detailed, clear and concise. Project started right away with no time to waste! Our awesome project manager, Molly, oversaw the entire project and consistently communicated updates and information. She always welcomed questions or accommodation requests, knowing my toddler and I were remaining at our house during painting hours. Ricardo and team did an amazing job painting our walls, trim, fireplace and ceilings. He was very approachable and professional. My wife and I are glad we went with LoCOl! Within a few days, our house looked like a home. Now we can hang those family frames knowing the colors we wanted are on our walls. This is all thanks to Molly and the LoCOl team!

We recently purchased a rental property and had it painted by LoCOl. Molly was fantastic, the paint crew was polite and very hard working. We will definitely use LoCOl Paint again in the future.
