Particia Hanko, Indigo Doors already replied to your defamation in another social media website, but we suppose that we'll have to do it again. Indigo Doors tried to help you with the specific door model and special mortising after you had issues with another door company. The quote was issued on the 22nd of October, the order was placed a week after and the pallet was shipped out on the 9th of November. We have an email from you dated December 4th where you say that you received the doors on November 21 and that one of them got damaged after it was delivered. Unfortunately we have no idea what happened between Nov 21st and Dec 4th as well as we have no idea about what several months you are talking about, as the order was even shipped less than two month. You were asked to send us at least any evidence of damage, because it was just your words and no other information was provided by you. We filed a claim with the shipper, but we had to wait till the damaged door would come as the shipping company does not believe someone's words only without any pictures, or at least we were asking to tell us the size of the door in order to prepare the replacement. You, instead, was calling the company number during non working (holiday) hours, emailing us to ship the door urgently to you and at the same time filed for chargeback. We have received an email from you asking to ship out another door to you on the 3rd of January and on the 6th of January (during the weekend) you filed for a chargeback, but was still emailing us the same day to urgently ship another door for you. As an honest company we are always trying to please the customers and we resolved the issue by agreeing to your claim within an hour after we received a notice from our merchant. At the same time (Sunday January the 6th) you were blackmailing us that you can cancel the chargeback anytime, but Indigo Doors have to re-ship the door to you now. Unfortunately or luckily we do not support any kind of fraud and we pleased your chargeback 100% the same moment. And now couple more things about your "guessing" on our company. You've never been to our office that's why we can tell you a little bit about Indigo Doors. Our showroom and warehouse are located at 1946 Tigertail Blvd in Dania Beach FL. We are a company with a great business reputation and with the largest number of doors IN STOCK among all European doors companies in Florida (that's why you could find the needed door model in stock ONLY at Indigo Doors) . All the doors and hardware are being imported from Europe only by Indigo Doors as the company owns the factory, which is producing the doors. So, please stop speading the lies about Indigo Doors if you have never been to the office and never saw the warehouse and it was the only place, where you could find the needed doors. As of today Indigo Doors does not have any duties or any opened contract relations with Patricia Hanko. Several hours after your chargeback was completed you began to add bad reviews everywhere, although Indigo Doors did exactly what you requested for. If you are going to continue behaving the same way we will have to 1. complain to Houzz regarding persecution of Indigo Doors page and false accusations; 2. file the lawsuit agains you for slander and besmirching our business reputation. A warning to all the companies - beware of the client named Patricia Gaston Hanko and Belvedere interior & design (a company, which doesn't have an address, doesn't have a website or at least any information about it anywhere on the Internet and probably doesn't exist). Unfortunately even the most honest and hardworking companies are not insured from such clients, but still we would be happy to see everyone in our showroom!
