We had a brand new home built my Mike and Carl and our process was incredible! Everyone who had built homes prior to us try to warn us about how builders can be and the process and I never experienced moments where I questioned whether we picked the right builders. I knew the entire process that they were totally invested in us and our dream. I always felt like they truly wanted to help us build the home we were looking for in the budget for us. MG homes truly invests their time in their client to make them comfortable and confident in decisions throughout the entire process. I never felt like our home was just another job they needed to finish to make Money. They are very personable and really seem to focus on the client and their wishes versus just getting the job done. They are also super attentive and timely and great at communicating, not only during the building process but even after. Which is something I heard is rather unheard of after you build a home- where most builders just want to be done with you, but not MG homes. We have been living in our house for 6 months now and have had minimal small issues with our house, but when we email them about them they are super quick to respond and even stop by! Carl has showed up on a weekend just to check it out and see if he can fix it. They always go above and beyond. Mike created a last minute change in our framing of our living room late in the evening so that dry wall wouldn’t be delayed!! Truly, I cannot say enough about MG homes and how incredible our experience has been with them. We are so grateful for our beautiful home. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend them to someone else. We will for sure be using them again in the future if we build again or for other projects. They are amazing!

We had MG Homes oversee a $400,000 renovation project on our home, with extensive work on windows, floors, paint, electrical, plumbing, moving walls, a complete kitchen re-do, and exterior stucco, paint, patio, pool, and hot tub. It would have been a nightmare of a job if not for the efforts of Carl & Mike in all aspects of the project, from HOA architectural control committee approvals to detailed finish work to match the context of an existing home, to coordination with all subcontractors. They have decades of experience in Southern Utah and know all the players and can get quick response from their long-time subcontractor partners. Their attention to detail was stellar in all aspects of the work as well as the details and records of financial tracking and project record keeping. And they are just plain nice to work with. We consider them friends now and highly recommend them.

A very straight forward and completely honest team. Our home has been built while we were living 6,000 miles away. We have absolute trust and confidence in their ability to implement our desires. Every step has been handled in a completely professional manner. We have always had access to them and they have managed our project perfectly. They deserve six stars out of five! We would use them again without any hesitation.
