Our garage conversion went off without a hitch, and I credit that entirely to Ben and his team. From day one, he listened to our needs and came up with a design that maximized every square foot. The finished space has a small kitchenette, a bathroom, and a fold-out bed for guests, making it perfect for both short-term visitors and long stays. The build quality is excellent, solid, well-insulated, and thoughtfully finished. Ben’s crew was polite, professional, and kept the work on schedule, something we’ve never experienced before in a renovation.

We wanted to build an ADU to use as a rental unit, but didn’t know where to start. Ben and Primework Construction handled everything for us, design, permits, inspections, and finishing touches. Ben kept us in the loop with regular updates so we never felt out of control. They even finished ahead of schedule, which meant we could start renting it sooner than expected. The craftsmanship is excellent, you can tell they care about quality. Our first tenants love it, and we’re already seeing a great return on our investment.

We trusted Primework Construction with our kitchen remodel and Ben didn’t disappoint. He kept the project moving. The final result is stunning. Ben is super detail-oriented and won’t settle for anything less than perfect. He made sure we stayed within budget too. The crew was respectful and cleaned up daily. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about Ben and Primework Construction. We hired them for a bathroom remodel and they exceeded every expectation we had. Ben walked us through the whole process, from design to final inspection. He even helped us source unique tile that really makes the space stand out. The team finished on time and took care not to disrupt the rest of our house while they worked. We love our new bathroom so much, it feels like we added a spa to our home. Next up is our garage, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else!

Ben and the team did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. He was so flexible from the beginning and came to our house late one evening to give us an estimate. During the meeting, he provided great insights on what options we should consider (full remodel vs. refinish, pros and cons, pricing, etc.). We ended up going with the option to refinish our kitchen cabinets to replace the doors and paint, and he replaced our island with a brand new one and re-did all the lighting as well. I'm seriously looking for more projects around the house just so we can work with Ben again. Thank you Ben for all your help with our house. We really appreciate your help and look forward to working with you in the future!

Turned out gorgeous! It was challenging to do a remodel -- it took about six months vs. six weeks because of the supply chain issues (nothing Primework Contractor could do about this), but they were patient, and it turned out great! Ben, Joni, Oriana, and their team are fabulous to work with.

Oriana and the team did a top quality job on the remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. She delivered the project within the time frame promised, My wife and I are very happy with the final product and Oriana sent workers back a couple of times in the weeks following the project to fix minor things that we hadn't noticed at completion. Finally, Oriana is a great project manger to work with and the experience was great. We will highly recommend her services and Primework.

I've had a great experience with Primework Construction. They remodeled my bathroom. The project went without any issues thanks to a very well coordinated crew. They were also very careful and kept the house clean all time. The final result was beautiful bathroom and I am very happy about the process and the final result.
