Hired Moris Construction on a whim due to the limited reviews but gorgeous portfolio and they DID NOT disappoint. If you are looking for a contractor that will go above and beyond, show up early, allow you to text him any hour of the day if you have questions or anything, look no further. This is the contractor you should to go with. He took family-owned to the next level and I felt like I left the experience with a friend rather than a contractor.

I am giving 5-start to Scott and his Moris Construction: it was a big project, basically a total reconstruction of the interior due to a massive water damage. I compared his quote and proposal to others and it was similar. I needed the right price, but also the right commitment in terms of timing (when to start but also when to finish within the a reasonable expectation). He turned out to be very reliable, he started the project when he said he would, and he completed within the estimated timeframe. For me it was important. it was about 3 to 4 months long project. He also helped me to fix some some other errors previous contractors did, and he gave me helpful suggestions on the choices of material and strategy. Lastly, I noticed he checks on the work of his team, just to make sure things are done the right way; as owner of the project/company he owns his responsibilities, which is very good and made me feel confident on his work. So I feel very comfortable to recommend him.

We had an outstanding experience with the Moris team building our 3,000 sqft custom home in Sammamish from start to finish. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was done right. I was able to text or call him with any issues and he responded within the hour which made me feel like I was working with a friend rather than a big cookie cutter company. What really stood out was his calm, positive attitude throughout the entire project no matter what came up, he always handled things professionally and kept us informed, which made the process feel far less stressful than we expected. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations, and it was clear the team truly cared about the final result rather than just rushing through the job. Jessica, the billing manager, was also amazing to work with. She was organized, responsive, and always willing to answer questions quickly and clearly. I was able to consistently check on our budget and they lowered prices in areas other companies wouldn’t budge in. The communication and billing process felt transparent and easy the entire time. Building a home can be overwhelming, but this team made us feel confident and taken care of every step of the way. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional general contractor who genuinely cares about their clients and the quality of their work, I highly recommend them.
