BDT did an outstanding job on our basement foundation project. They worked closely with GroundWorks to ensure the prep work was completed properly and on time. They also did all the finishing work. We used BDT to do the demolition and restoration we needed to have done in order to get our basement waterproofed after some groundwater issues. BDT did a really good, thorough job, putting up lots of plastic to help keep our possessions as clean as possible during both processes and sending really good contractors who did an amazing job of putting back drywall, rebuilding a big basement closet (that had been the previous owner's not-great DIY) and texturizing and painting. They got this fairly extensive restoration done within a week. During the restoration, some electrical issues arose, and they brought in their electrician, who fixed everything very well and quickly. Everybody at this company were good to work with, skilled and very detail-oriented - I especially liked working through all of this with Bruna, the project manager. Rod kept everything moving and made sure I was pleased with the finished work. I was very pleased! Everything looks brand new, and since I bought the place used, that's much better than it looked to begin with. These big projects can be just awful to get through, and working with BDT made it as easy as possible. I plan to use this company for further upgrades going forward.

Hired them for a drainage project, highly recommend. They were communicative about the options for repairs and their pricing was competitive. Completed it all on time and at the estimated price. This was part of a real estate transaction and we needed someone to get it all done quickly and document the process. Rod and his team came through. Will be using again for any future drainage projects.

Rod, Valeria and the BDT Construction team did an amazing job with my home sale repairs and landscaping! Very patient with the home buyer and myself and they were diligent in the entire process. Their communication was paramount and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Definitely would not rehire. This crew does not possess the skills or understanding to do the work that they were proposed for. On top of that, the work was delayed and lower quality than it should have been for the prices that they quoted.
