Extraordinary experience We recently completed a guest bathroom renovation project with Artisan Kitchen & Bath, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our original bathroom was a standard builder-grade space—plain white and beige, with a basic tub/shower combo. We wanted a tiled shower and a bathroom that felt inviting for our guests, but we had only a simple color palette and very little design direction. Our first experience with home renovation had me feeling anxious, bracing for the typical hassles. From beginning to end, the experience was unexpectedly enjoyable. The team maintained great communication, always updating us about schedules and timelines. Even though both my husband and I work remotely—which could have complicated things—they handled our presence seamlessly. Throughout the project, the crew remained considerate of our workspace and consistently respected our needs. Will arranged for us to meet with a talented designer at no extra cost, who took our vague ideas and turned them into something truly special. The Artisan team, especially Will, listened closely to our wishes and provided thoughtful guidance whenever we asked, but never imposed their own vision. Even when we requested small changes during the process, they remained flexible and accommodating. The result is a guest bath that’s so gorgeous, I never want to leave it! In fact, my favorite room in our house is now the guest bathroom—a problem I never imagined I’d have. Thanks to Artisan, the process was smooth, enjoyable, and far exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are already excited to work with Will and his team again on another space next year. If you’re considering a renovation, I wholeheartedly recommend Artisan Kitchen and Bath for an extraordinary experience and beautiful results! And by the way, we were thrilled to hear they do more than just kitchens and bathrooms!

Artisan Kitchen And Bath just completed a two full bath and one powder room renovation for me. I cannot say enough good things about the team. Will Albaugh communicated throughout the process and checked on progress of the project throughout. His team and subcontractors all performed very well. They cleaned after themselves every day and took extra care of my home. The process began with a designer once the designer had completed the selections we moved into demolition phase. Everything was kept very clean even during demolition. The projects included new tile, new fixtures, new cabinets, new lighting , and paint. I highly recommend Artisan Kitchen And Bath.

I’ve known Will for 10 years and worked for him for three. He’s approachable, easy to talk to, and creates a positive, collaborative environment. Will listens, communicates clearly, and brings out the best in everyone around him. I have no doubt, Artisan Kitchen & Bath, reflects that same energy — professional, creative, and focused on making each project a great experience for clients.

I can’t say enough good things about William and Artisan Kitchen & Bath LLC. I have known William for years, and highly recommend his service. William really listens to what you want, offering great suggestions. Ideas on even the littlest of details you haven't even thought of. His longevity in the field makes him excel at his craft. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful — you can tell they take real pride in their work. His attention, the detail is how the quality of work evolves. I could go on forever about his ability to effectively communicate well with his customers. It was nice to be heard. It’s rare to find a company these days that combines skill, honesty, and genuine care for their customers, but that’s exactly what you get with Artisan Kitchen & Bath. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for that "over the top" service!

Finally, a contractor who is good at what they do! From the very first consultation to the final touches, everything was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and an incredible attention to detail. The bathroom and kitchen remodel turned out even better than I imagined—every finish is flawless, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Five star service from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.

William and his team were a joy to work with. As the team lead, William listened very closely to my goals for our ensuite primary bathroom and many of his ideas were incorporated into our final design and were additive to our goals; 'mini luxuries' I think he called them. Heated towel bar, fog free mirror, that really elevated our space and brought us the feelings we wanted for that space without the 'turn key' pricing. We've already hired him for other projects. Highly recommended.

My ADA Bathroom remodel went exceptionally well. The team of pros did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I am honored to have had the immense pleasure of working with Artisan Kitchen & Bath for my very first remodel. As a first timer, I was extremely anxious about pretty much every piece of the project. From the very first meeting, Mr. Albaugh brought a sense of calm to my chaos. I’ve never met a more detail oriented individual. For every question I had, he not only thoroughly answered me but also provided visual aid and backup options so that I could make my decision with absolute confidence. Albaugh offered thoughtful recommendations on cabinet style and finish, and met with me on site when I picked out my sink and faucet, again when I selected my counters and backsplash. His expert advice was extremely helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Once selections were confirmed, ordering the cabinets and appliances felt super easy. There weren’t any major delays in shipping and everything was miraculously undamaged - after years of watching HGTV remodels, I was certain there would be a fiasco during this step so I was THRILLED to have dodged that bullet. Albaugh and his team were meticulous in their assessment of each delivery, something I was extremely grateful for. When demo day came, I had full confidence in Albaugh and his team. They arrived on time and cleaned behind themselves each day. I was blown away by their efficiency and was very grateful for the time they spent to carefully remove my old cabinets so that they could be reused by family friends. Although my request was last minute, they were able to complete the task without causing any delays to the schedule. The posted remodel schedule was a HUGE help for my frazzled nerves. It helped me to know what to expect which reduced my stress level immensely. I was able to see what would be happening when and didn’t have to worry about any surprises. In fact, thanks to the complete faith I had, I was able to take my family to the beach while Albaugh and his team continued their work! He kept me updated on progress each day so I was able to enjoy some much needed downtime with my kiddos without the worry about how things were going back home. Not only did Artisan Kitchen & Bath deliver the kitchen of my dreams, they did so on time AND on budget. Two things which sounded impossible with previous GCs I interviewed. Looking back, I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience. I have two other projects planned for my home and will absolutely be working with this amazing team again. I would 100% recommend Albaugh and his team to anyone looking to update their home.

I can’t say enough about my experience with the team at Artisan Kitchen & Bath. Far different and BETTER than any other experience we have had with other contractors. They listened to what we wanted, were very transparent with pricing and stayed within our budget! (Even though we pushed it over a bit when I chose a few extra things). They also finished 3 days ahead of schedule! Will definitely call them again when we are ready to remodel other areas of our home.
