First I want to thank Luc and his project manager Ethan Kennedy for a great experience with the renovation of our windows in both our bedrooms. Renovations are very stressful that is why people put them off until they cannot avoid it. Working with Luc and his excellent team of tradesmen was a real pleasure. The project was on time and on budget which is unusual for a reno but they did it. Again, many thanks for the excellent work and hopefully we will use your services in the future.

Of the five renovations we've done, Luc has been the best. Unlike other contractors looking to get you to commit by quoting an unrealistic price, Luc was honest about the going trade rates. We ended up slightly under budget despite some real challenges. Photos to come.

Lumia delivered a kitchen refit for us with a very short leed time. They strived to fit our schedule. Luc came into our kitchen and within seconds he communicated a vision. Luc, Ethan and the crew’s recommendations were very helpful. Very important, they listened to us so we could get the kitchen we wanted. The team was available to answer questions along the way, helping us to find the best materials a countertop. The clear communication on pricing was very much appreciated. I felt like all the crew were respectful of our home, cleaned up daily and showed up on time! Konstantin and Daniel are expert cabinet makers and the installation was done in 2-3 days. The whole effort is complete in less than 2 weeks. We really are glad we were able to work with Lumia. This was a big project for us that we had wanted for a long time. Lumia ticked all the boxes. I love our new kitchen.

The quality of craftsmanship was top-notch, and the final result exceeded expectations. My clients were thrilled with the entire process, and they even praised how respectful the crew was while working in their home. We spoke to several companies about renovating our apartment and it was immediately clear that Luc understood our style and requirements better than anyone else. His proposal reflected that. Throughout the project Luc kept up the communications, made good suggestions, and worked well with our strata and neighbours, all while keeping the project on schedule and on budget. He was professional and honourable throughout. The standards of Lumia Group and all of their sub-contractors and vendors was excellent. We would recommend Lumia without hesitation.

Luc and his staff were absolutely fantastic during our complete renovation. First, he worked exceptionally well with our interior decorator and this helped us proceed quickly through the planning phase. Secondly, Luc was so detailed with his recommendations for demolition and stripping down of our old apartment. He made excellent choices for us on what to keep and where our resources would bring us the most value and improvement to our home. We so appreciated his cleanliness and attention to detail during the entire renovation process. He took care of the inspections for us and he maintained the schedule that he set out for our project. We totally were impressed by the quality of his work and the way in which he made our Condo feel so much more like a home. I would recommend Luc and Lumia Group to anyone who needs someone that you can trust will do what he says he will do and, more importantly, do it right! Lumia Group Contracting were quick to respond to an urgent leak repair. They mobilized a team of very professional trades and completed the job before the estimated finish date. Every member of the team treated the home with respect, covering all surfaces along the travel path and cleaning the site thoroughly upon completion. Throughout the experience communication was amazing and we were informed immediately of any delays. They provided great quality products and we will definitely keep Lumia Group on our roster of professionals.
