Our 4 bed detached house had been on the market for 4 months, and despite receiving plenty of interest from potential buyers to visit the property, we were missing an all important offer. As we wanted to sell quickly but didn’t want to knock the obligatory £10-15k off the asking price, we decided to look at using the services of an interior designer to help us reimagine the space. We felt the house was not working to its full potential and wanted to see how we could bring out its best features to attract a potential buyer. With an abundance if new builds on the market we knew we needed to up our game in order to compete, but with a budget of £2,000 we wanted to spend our money wisely. After looking online we decided to contact Sophie from Coral and Grey Interior Designs – what a great decision it turned out to be! Our initial apprehension due to lack of budget was soon put to rest when Sophie visited us. Sophie was very down to earth and easy to communicate with from the off as well as being completely understanding of our situation. After a great discussion with Sophie the focus was to redesign our downstairs space to give a modern, functional and neutral but eye-catching finish that could compete with what was on the market at a similar value. Sophie created a functional and well designed plan offering a more spacious layout that was truly transformational. Additionally Sophie fused colours and shapes perfectly, whilst adding those little extras and features that brought each room to life. Once the plan was agreed, Sophie took care of all the sourcing and within a short space of time was back with us implementing the changes and helping with the set up of each room. We were astounded with the transformation and so were our next prospective buyers! Just a few short weeks later we received the offer we had been waiting for and it was without doubt thanks to Sophie’s vision and hard work that the sale came to fruition. We would highly recommend using Sophie for interior design work.

After a very extended project due to lockdowns we finally have a beautiful lounge. Sophie gave us a great scheme and sourced all the items needed, all we needed to do was purchase them. We had some issues with deliveries but Sophie was on hand to sort them out and was very quick to reply every time. She was also endlessly patient in sourcing items I was being difficult about. I would definitely recommend Coral and Grey Interiors.

Great design with the wow factor - Well considered layout which makes the most of the room - All details had been well thought through and we’re presented clearly in the contractor guide she produced. This helped to keep work moving and ultimately reduced the duration of the project.

Coral and Grey really understood our values as a company and quickly got the vision for various areas of design, scope and requirements. The designs were clear easy to understand and presented well. They had options that we could be part of the design process and not a one design fits all.
