At LT Built, we believe the most important thing about a home is not how it looks on paper but how it feels the moment you walk through the door. That belief is what drives everything we do. LT Built was founded by Jason Lucas and Jake Thompkins, two people who bring very different but equally essential skills to every project. Jake has spent 23 years in residential construction, 20 of them as a licensed contractor, building homes, decks, and full remodels across the Front Range. He is the person on every job who makes sure the work is done right the first time, on schedule, and to a standard most contractors simply do not hold themselves to. Jason brings a background in design, content creation, and an obsessive attention to how spaces make people feel, not just how they photograph. Together they cover every dimension of a home transformation from the first conversation to the final reveal. We specialize in full kitchen and basement remodels and room transformations including accent walls, custom built-ins, and atmosphere design for homeowners across the Front Range Colorado area who are ready to stop tolerating their space and start loving it. What makes us different is simple. We show up when we say we will. We communicate throughout the entire project so you are never wondering what is happening.
