Coastline Pavers

We originally hired Karen to help design, install pavers and artificial lawn in our backyard. After the yard was completed, we were so happy with the quality of work and efficiency of the crew, we hired Karen to complete the front of our house as well. We found her quotes competitive. Throughout the whole process she was involved and committed to making us happy. She helped bring our vision to life by beginning with a a digital design plan of what we proposed. She gave us good advice on how to fine tune our vision to be functional, proper drainage, lighting, gas and irrigation. We made some decisions as we went along, which was helpful that Karen included us in each stage. Her team is impressive to watch. You can tell they have been working together for a while, they work well together. They are absolute artists. We did have a few hiccups along the way as you do with any large construction project. Karen promptly addressed and fixed any issues that arose. We are incredibly happy with the Belgard Pavers and artificial turf quality. The result is modern perfection. Our neighbors loved our yard so much, Karen was hired by three other neighbors on our street.

We got quotes from several companies but decided on Coastline Pavers for the following reasons: 1. Karen responded to our request very quickly and showed up when she said she would. Other companies canceled or rescheduled their appointments. 2. She was very attentive to our needs and provided great suggestions. 3. No hard sale on any features and very up front with all costs 4. Local, independent company When we decided to sign the contract Karen had the work scheduled quickly and let us know what to expect next and stayed in contact with us the whole way through the process. The crew that showed up was very professional, worked quickly and did an excellent job. Now a lot of companies talk about customer service and warranties but Coastline Pavers delivers on it. We had our project completed in December but had to have a small section filled in in August the next year. We tried to get the pavers on our own but the sq footage was so small no one would order them for us. I reached out to Karen and not only did she get the pavers for us but had them installed quickly and you can not even tell they were added on later. Now that is customer service. I would definitely recommend Coastline Pavers to anyone looking for an honest professional contractor who provides customer service that is second to none.

We live on a sloped street and had some water drainage issues. Every time it rained water pooled by our kitchen, garage, and a bedroom. Last summer, we noticed some foundation damage by that bedroom. A structural engineer said the house was ok, but that we had to address the poor drainage. We met with at least four different companies to get ideas for a solution. We chose to work with Karen from Coastline Pavers. She not only had the best price, but she impressed us with her professionalism, warmth, and excellent communication/follow through. Her estimates were prompt and detailed. She visited our house three separate times before we even committed to a project and helped us troubleshoot/design. She was the only person who sketched a design and helped us visualize our project with samples. She saved us money by coming up with a solution that didn't involve a sump pump or drains. Karen was incredibly patient with me, & answered my many questions as well as listened to my concerns. The crew of workers at Coastline Pavers work very well together, and did an excellent job. They also coordinated their work with the man who built our fence and patio cover. Our new patio is beautiful. The colors coordinate well with our previous house color (tan) & the new one (blue-grey). The seating wall provides ample seating, works as a bench for home workouts, a hiding spot for the kids, & our cat loves it. I love that our plants will capture rain water rather than the storm drain, and most importantly, the pavers divert water away from our house. Karen and her team are absolutely incredible, we couldn’t recommend them more. She took time with us to design our patio and planters within our budget, listening to our ideas and recommending alternatives. Karen provided outstanding customer service with initial consultation, frequent visits during construction, and follow-up after the project completed. She is honest, professional, reliable and the quality of the job was wonderful. The pavers, patio and garden hardscape project turned out beautiful! I highly recommend Karen for your next project!

Coastline pavers did an excellent job with my back yard remodel, including a new pool deck. I could not be happier with Karen and her crew. The planning process was great, the design was exactly what I wanted, and the work done simply great. Karen was always available when I needed to talk, the budget was more than fair, and they left no trace of a mess when they were finished. Home remodeling is always a chore, but Karen made it almost fun! and it was well worth it. This is someone who I can recommend with no reservations.
