Sam and his team of professionals transformed the unfinished attic space in our home into a beautiful guest bedroom and bath. Sam walked us through the process and gave us a clear estimate of both the cost and the expected date of completion. They worked very quickly, never leaving a mess at the end of a days' work. I let Sam know that we were expecting guests for Thanksgiving and he had the whole project done in plenty of time for me to get ready for them. They loved their bright roomy suite at the top of the brightly lit, freshly carpeted stairs. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Duggan Contractors!

Duggan Contractors framed an addition on our home. What was a one car carport was modified with a huge beam to support a second story bedroom and create a two story addition attached to the carport. Also an entry way was created by adding a small room to existing garage to connect the addition to our home. The crew was professional and the work was done in a timely fashion. The inspector who came to look over the framing job (including studs, roof decking and osb) remarked how well the work was done....he was very impressed! Sam is very creative in coming up with ideas for beauty and functionality. Since we are outside the local area, other subcontractors completed the work, with Sam consulting on much of the project. Highly recommended!!

Sam is a very friendly, capable contractor who is willing to go the extra mile to please his customer. His work is done to the highest standard, every detail addressed and perfected.
