We ordered a full set of cabinets for our kitchen and were given a swatch colour for reference for reorders. When 2 additional doors were needed, we used that but the cabinets arrived in a different hue that absolutely didn’t match. The company told us they can’t guarantee colour matching so we needed to replace all the doors. What an absolute waste as our kitchen is less than 3 years old! Terrible customer service and business model. Buyer beware.

TDM has poor communication, delays, and lack of after sales support. Initially, they had delays in communication when trying to order the doors. Then they took longer than the time quoted to make the doors. When I finally received the doors, the material had a significant pixelation patch that looks like water damage. The samples that I received before purchasing did not have the defect. When I followed up, the company was unprofessional and offered different excuses, including calling something that looks like water damage a feature and blaming me for not seeing it. The only solution they offered was to remake the doors at my own expense. The warranty offered by the company is shallow. Buyer beware - you will receive a cold shoulder for any issues with the material itself and it will not be covered by warranty. Many other kitchen companies offer PVC and I would recommend going with them instead if you're looking for a quality product that the company will stand behind.

I came across TDM on a google search - when my contractor had been looking for months and he couldn't find a match to my existing cabinets - the oh-so common chocolate pear. All the spots he was going to (big box stores and who knows where) didn't have the same shade or didn't offer my profile (a rounded slab). The cabinets I needed were very simple, but I was adding cabinetry to my kitchen, so I wanted to match my existing over re-do the whole kitchen. TDM offered me that possibility - with what seemed like every finish under the sun and any profile, I was certain they would fit the bill. Of course, my renovation was coming to fruition right as the COVID 19 lock down was commencing - meaning I wasn't going to be able go in person to validate the colour - and there just so happened to be an Easter weekend sale when I wanted to order. I called TDM - and Ksenja was so helpful - knowing I wouldn't be able to get the swatch samples before the sale - we worked out a plan for me to make the order pending colour confirmation to get the promotion, and mailed out the swatches for me. And I got the swatches - plus some other ones, based on our conversation just to make sure I had all the swatches in the colour family to make sure. I was right on the colour, and it was a perfect match. I submitted the order, and it was ready and shipped in 1 week! The site was very easy to navigate, and it quotes as you build the door, so you can budget as you go based on size. TDM was helpful doing the hinge holes on doors I specified, and have great slow close hinges. I did have an issue where I ordered the wrong hinge - and needed to re-order - which happened to be wrong again; but the team at TDM is committed to getting me the right product. They are very fast, the quality seems great, the service is superb and the options are endless!
