Nancy and her amazing installer came to my home to install the exact blinds I was shopping for "Norman Blinds." My living room has 4 windows with blinds from Woodwinds . These were wood alloy blinds. I love these wooden blinds. I have had for years . They were made to keep out cold in the winter and heat in the summer. Well Woodwinds were discontinued and I researched different brand names and I was informed Norman Blinds are the best name out there and they are exactly the same as Woodwinds. I found that Boston Window decor carried Norman Blinds and I was thrilled. Nancy came in one visit to measure and second time to install today. They were installed perfectly and the customer servce is amazing. I have 4 beautiful windows in my bedroom that were completed today. In addition, The valence came off my woodwinds blinds in my living room downstairs and the installer was able to put my valence back on securely. I highly recommend Boston Window Decor. The fabrics in this line are beautiful, and she patiently guided me towards the best options for my window. The shades arrived in just two weeks, and the quality and fit are superb! By day I lower the solar shade to keep out unwanted glare and sunlight while preserving the view. In the evening when more privacy is needed, I lower the blackout shade. We were looking to cover many of our living room windows. Our house is old and has large antique windows. Nancy helped us choose a simple and clean shade for 6 of the windows which would allow for light while giving privacy. We covered the 2 front windows with shutters for a clean architectural look. The effect is quite nice. Nancy gave good advice and our installer was an expert, especially considering the old windows.
