Beyond our expectations. Way beyond. This was a remodel of part of our home. We'd done window and floor upgrades, little things. This was our first major project. We saw the DLC signs all over our neighborhood, so at first glance, they were doing something right. When we called, they came out on time, told us what they could do, and gave us an estimate that was a little higher than another, but in retrospect, it was totally worth it. We loved the result, but more importantly, we survived the process with their help. The subcontractors were perfectionists, very competent, and were clean, on time, and respectful of our home and us. The project coordinator was especially helpful -- good at keeping us informed and very pleasant to have around to help us learn how to "survive" a remodel. It's not for the faint of heart! The results are breathtaking. Seriously. We love what they did. We'd hire DLC again if we had another remodel project.
