My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are very pleased with our pool. Everyone at S.H.Creel gave us first class service and construction. Any time a problem came up, it was tended to. There is a point of contact (Sharon McCrum) who never fails to answer the phone and get right onto any concern you may have. This is major construction, and all parts of it were handled competently.

After a few companies told me I couldn’t do what I wanted in my back yard, in comes SH Creel. They saw my vision from the beginning and completed it perfectly! Always easy to communicate with and kept me informed of everything along the way.
