Vadim graduated from Georgia Tech in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Building Construction with focus on Integrated Project Delivery Systems. For the past 8 years he has spent his time working as a owner’s representative, estimator, and construction manager for various corporations before making the switch to work with a high quality luxury home builder in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, NC before leaving to start Parksdale Building Co.

Vadim is a joy to work with! The crew of regulars is knowledgeable, dedicated to quality, and a lovely team to have working in your house. We hired him to complete a kitchen/dining room renovation project that had gone south with another contractor, and the contrast in workmanship and work ethic was night and day. Vadim provided some good design suggestions, and made it easy to make a few changes on the fly. Also, he sought additional quotes for floor finishing when he thought one was too high. Pricing for the whole project was transparent and itemized. For the most part the subs were great. There was one that was not up to par; however, Vadim deemed the work was unacceptable and had his regular guy come and fix it. They even went beyond the contract scope and touched up other problem areas. It was great having a contractor working in our best interest. I cannot wait to have Parksdale come back next year to remodel our bathrooms.

I recently hired Parksdsle to remodel my 1970’s bathrooms. I’m very pleased with the final result! Vadim did an excellent job with both the designing and installing of my new bathrooms. I was kept informed of all work being done. I was most impressed with and appreciative of Vadim’s responsiveness and attention to the project.

I am so glad that I found Parksdale!! Vadim and his team renovated my kitchen and dining room to perfection. He was attentive to detail, transparent with costs, the level of quality and care demonstrated was phenomenal, overall a great experience. Definitely recommend that you give these guys a call!
