I met Matt at an industry networking event and reached out shortly after to discuss my full home renovation. We discussed the scope of work then met at my house to review the existing conditions, an itemized preliminary budget, and proposed schedule. The information was well detailed, making it easy to discuss modifications and refine the scope. As we worked through finalizing the numbers, Matt connected me with his trusted vendors to finalize my selections. Once under contract, construction swiftly started and access was provided to the online portal where progress photos were uploaded multiple times a week. The construction process was very smooth and whenever unforeseen site conditions arose, Matt promptly brought them to my attention along with practical solutions so we could easily decide the best way to proceed. Construction was completed on time and on budget. The quality of work and attention to detail are clearly evident. My home turned out so beautiful and I’m loving the fresh, elevated vibes. I am so grateful for Matt, his leadership, transparent communication, excellent craftsmanship, sharp problem solving, and overall, a high-quality human. The remodeling of my home was a significant project of over 5,000 square feet. In fact, I think the term remodel is not the best descriptor; more accurately, it was a complete redesign and reconstruction. The finished product is FABULOUS, and I now have the home of my dreams!
