Maven And Hutch

We feel so lucky to have found Rachel and Chris! In 2019 Rachel designed our kitchen remodel and I am grateful every day for how she took a small cramped kitchen and dining area and turned it in to functional and beautiful space. We went from a kitchen that only one person could work in to a more open concept with easy traffic flow so that our whole family can work together in the kitchen. I am so glad that we didn't remodel our kitchen before we met her because her vision of what was possible, knowledge of kitchen design, and attention to detail far exceeded others who had given us bids on redesigns. Flash forward to 2025 when it was finally time to fix some issues in our primary bath. Of course Rachel was the first and only designer I wanted. Rachel designed a more beautiful and functional bathroom with so much more storage, light, and elegance. And, a bonus this time, Chris was available to be our general contractor. Chris took care of arranging everyone needed for the project. He worked with the electrician, plumbers, painters, cabinetry makers, countertop creators, and tile layer to create a dream bathroom. It was such a relief to have him as our advocate when it came to overseeing all of the work that was done. We trust his expertise and appreciated how he made sure everything was just right. Rachel and Chris have both followed up with us on multiple occasions to check that everything is to our satisfaction and we could not be happier with the whole experience.

Chris and Rachel are simply the best! We couldn't ask for a better duo to help us design and build our new kitchen and entertainment area. We need to make our old kitchen more functional and capable of being an entertainment space. Rachel was able to bring our ideas to life with 3D renderings of the initial design. She was so helpful keeping us organized and guiding us through all the pre-construction prep and design decisions. Chris has been nothing short of amazing and one of the best general contractors we've worked with. He kept the project on schedule and had a great crew to get the work done. He's very communicative and always kept us informed of the work being done each day and what the schedule looked like in the upcoming week. Together, Rachel and Chris truly gave us the kitchen of our dreams and we are so very thankful for them. We absolutely recommend Maven and Hutch for anyone!

They did a major remodel for our living room & kitchen. Took an old design with lots of walls & made it into a beautiful open concept design. We LOVE our new space! Rachel did a great job with the design, taking into consideration our specific goals & family dynamics. Chris was wonderful with getting the work done & on-going communication to help us understand what to expect throughout the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was with Maven and Hutch. We are thrilled with the remodel of our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room! Chris and Rachel are an amazing, talented team. They both have an eye for detail and are exceptionally skilled at what they do. All along the way, I was impressed with Rachel's knowledge and vision when it comes to design and product. We appreciated how they kept us informed of where we were with the project budget, as well as any timetable changes due to things out of their control.
