I ordered my RTA cabinets on a Sunday afternoon and had them delivered to my home within seven days. I was honestly shocked by how fast the turnaround was. The cabinets are beautiful and feel like great quality. Very impressed.

I've used CabinetSelect on three different projects and have always had a great experience. Communication is solid, and the design team is genuinely helpful. One item arrived damaged on a recent order, but it was replaced quickly without any hassle. Overall, the product quality has been very good, and I'd happily use them again.

We wanted to convert one of our rooms to an office/game room and reached out to Cabinet Select for help. The team assisted with a great design, and I saved a significant amount of money by choosing ready to assemble cabinets and building ourselves. Ordering through the website was easy and the staff was responsive by email, text and phone whenever I had questions. The cabinets arrive on time, were well packaged, and arrived without damage. The quality was impressive, with dovetail drawers and plywood construction. As a first time cabinet assembler, I needed a bit made the process much easier. I'm attaching the design the team sent us, as my husband and I really liked what they designed for us.

I worked with the team at Cabinet Select to design my built-in cabinets for our office. What an amazing process. I got assigned a designer, supplied measurements and got back a render. We made a couple of tweaks and then ordered the cabinets. After they came in, I had them installed by a professional, and they look amazing! The quality is great, and the team is so good to work with. We're considering more built-ins after saving so much money on them by using Cabinet Select, and now we want to add them in our living room and bedroom as well.

The ordering process was smooth, and the website was easy to use. Cabinets shipped as requested, arrived well packaged, and none were damaged. The construction feels solid and well made. The only downside was the assembly instructions for some of the more complex units, especially the drawers and corner cabinets, which could be clearer. That said, they do provide instructional videos on their website, which helped fill in the gaps.

My husband and I ordered Shaker White RTA cabinets from CabinetSelect after buying a home and needed a full kitchen renovation and bathroom vanities on a very tight budget. We found them on Instagram and surprisingly one of our friends had also used them in the past. We were able to get everything we needed for about $5200 during a sale, which would have easily cost two to four times more elsewhere for solid wood cabinets. A bonus was working with Lorine, she was amazing in her communication and provided great ideas and final designs. We did have some items arrived damaged, which caused a delay while replacements were shipped, but the team handled it well and took care of what we needed. Overall, the value and customer service made it worth it.

I had a frustrating experience with this provider due to multiple oversights on their part. I provided a detailed SKU list—carefully put together with a cabinet designer—to ensure my order was accurate. CabinetSelect used this list to generate a checkout cart, and their pricing seemed competitive. However, I later discovered they had left out $500-$800 worth of cabinets. The first mistake surfaced when my contractor flagged a missing cabinet, prompting me to review my order and realize they had omitted the cabinet above the stove. After bringing it to their attention, I had to place a separate order. A few days later, I realized they had also missed the cabinet above the refrigerator, requiring yet another reorder. There was no quality control or verification on their end, and I had to be the one to catch and correct these errors—at my own expense and with added delays to my contractor’s schedule. If you're considering ordering from CabinetSelect, assume the responsibility of double-checking every detail yourself because their process lacks thorough QA and accountability.

1. March 28 Our order was placed. Cabinetselect confirmed that our order would ship within 3 weeks 2. May 12th, Cabinetselect still could not/would not provide an updated shipping date. We also noticed a mistake in the layout and requested (2) cabinets to be changed to a smaller "stock" size. 3. May 16th Cabinetselect responded to our request with a hard NO. If we wanted the smaller cabinet, they would charge $350 handling fee. Instead we placed a new and separate order for the smaller cabinets 4. Through their infinite wisdom, the plan was to ship all of the cabinets, knowing that (2) will need to be returned. Of course the customer would need to pay freight and a 25% restocking fee 4. What happened next? THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT for our ADA kitchen 2. After several phone calls and emails, Chris recommended that we cut down and modify the cabinet ourselves 3. We persisted for the correct cabinet and when they finally agreed, we got the run-around for the next month 4. When we realized that Cabinetselect was lying about ever shipping the replacement, we hired a carpenter to modify and rebuild the "wrong" cabinet . $650 labor 5. When we requested an RMA to return the (2) 'extra' cabinets (still in their original boxes), Chris stated that a. They do not accept return of assembled cabinets. THEY SOLD US ASSEMBLED CABINETS b. Too much time had passed. c. It will cost $654 in freight plus restocking fees

This company has a wide range of different types of cabinetry. They designed me anything I asked for and were very nice people. I highly recommend CabinetSelect to my family and friends. 10/10 craftsmanship and finish

They were able to get me the right cabinets and the cabinets were a good quality. I wish I would have found these guys earlier in my project. I would use them again in my next home renovation.
