We recently completed a full bathroom remodel with this company, and we are thrilled with the final result. From the beginning, the designer, Tommy, and general contractor, John were wonderful to work with. They listened to our ideas, took our vision, and elevated it with thoughtful design suggestions that resulted in a beautiful high-quality bathroom we absolutely love. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Throughout the project, Tommy and John were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the end result. The only negative I can say about our experience is the timeline. The project took quite a bit longer than originally quoted. However, the quality of the work made it worthwhile in the end. If you are considering this company, I would recommend discussing the expected timeline upfront and then building in some flexibility. If your priority is a beautiful design and quality craftsmanship, I think you’ll be very pleased with the finish product..

River & Oak remodeled my guest bathroom which included new floor and wall tile, bathtub and shower/tub fixtures. Tommy was patient working with me on the design going through multiple product options. He is an excellent communicator and dropped off samples as often as needed for final review and approval. The construction team headed by John was professional and courteous and went to great lengths to keep my home and the work area clean. They worked hard to minimize any disruption and were actually a delight in all of our interactions. The new guest bath is beautiful and I am more than pleased with the result. I highly recommend River & Oak for your renovation project.
