Kitchen & Bath Specialists is a well established and successful local business specializing in high quality custom kitchen and bath cabinetry. We can outfit any room in your home offering counter tops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware to compliment your Made in the USA custom cabinetry. Our team has over 25 years of experience making homes look beautiful and most importantly homeowners happy. Our success comes from our dedication to design detail, communication, documentation and key relationships with local contractors. What to Expect Think of Kitchen & Bath Specialists as a design studio that supplies designs and all the goods for your renovation project. The only items installed by us are countertops. For all other items we will work directly with your hired contractor or trade lead to provide guidance and instruction on installation to ensure the approved design is realized. If a contractor or trade lead has not been determined we can supply recommendations. Designers are available to answer design and installation questions however, we do not provide project management services unless specifically contracted. To be hired, we request 10% of the estimate. A portion of the hire fee will be retained for the design fee. Design Fees are based on complexity and estimated time to complete the design drawings. Design drawings are not provided until payment has been received and cleared. The remainder of the hire fee will be applied to your purchase, if the estimated cabinetry is purchased within 12 months of the estimate date. If you do not purchase cabinets from us, your down payment is retained by KBS.
