Brad and his team did a great job with the installation of our egress window. However, just as we were cautioned before hiring him, the professionalism, attention to details / descriptions, and follow-up was lacking. Appointments were missed, and only followed up on after we left multiple messages. Inquiries were not met with thoughtful or even-tempered responses, and with each interaction there was a list of reasons (which other customers have referred to as excuses) for why the professionalism, descriptions, and/or follow-up was lacking. While all of the employees and subcontractors were kind, and provided quality work, the communication issues, and lack of professionalism made us question what sort of product and service we would get up until the point of completion. We are grateful for the quality work, but must unfortunately agree with the other recent customers reviews and advise. With two other companies in the area bidding the exact same amount, and having better recent reviews regarding professionalism, it is likely we will contact one of them for our next egress window install instead.

Basements Unlimited was great to work with. They did a big basement project for me in Green Bay installing two egress windows and plumbing undergrounds which added a full bathroom and kitchen as well as a living room, and bedroom. You could tell they really cared about my input and their quality of their work. Brad was always prompt in returning phone calls and addressed any minor issues even if they weren't the cause. Very knowledgeable and clearly experts in basement finishing and remodeling. I am really pleased with the way everything turned out.
