Island All Star Pools by Lorenzo Inc is locally owned an operated on Vancouver Island, BC. Lorenzo has been building pools since 1985. Originally from Ontario, he moved out West in 2003 continuing to live out his passion for those in search of the perfect backyard oasis, in both Vancouver and Victoria, as well as the surrounding areas. Lorenzo is your ‘hands on’ pool guy right from the initial design, through all aspects of construction and then with ongoing service and maintenance. What We Do We are old school with a personal touch. We prefer to meet with you in person, discuss your ideas, and make sure what you want will work for you and your family for the purpose you are intending. We won’t stop until you're happy and our team will work with you to make it right. We help you plan for growth and long lasting enjoyment out of your purchase. What can we say beyond amazing! From start to finish, Lorenzo was at the top of his game. We replaced a 27 year old above ground pool and from the initial consultation, to the purchase, to the day of installation, Lorenzo was polite, courteous and professional. On the installation day, Lorenzo, Megan and son, Devon arrived early and our new 21' pool was up and running by days end. An absolutely amazing experience. New to hot tubs, we felt quite lost when we purchased a home with a slightly obscure make. Lorenzo was amazing - he walked us through the care and maintenance, explained what products we’d need (and the many we wouldn’t!), and was as genial and helpful as can be. Nothing short of first class service. If you need hot tub help, it doesn’t get any better than Allstar Pools.

We first met Lorenzo last year when we needed a rush repair job to our liner as well as needing to order a brand new liner. The repair job was excellent and got us through last summer's season. In June of this year he and Megan installed our new liner, making sure that everything was done in time for our son's wedding. They did a super job and I am grateful for the effort they expended to ensure that our pool was up and running in time for our special event. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Star Pools to anyone needing to have service on their pool. Thank you.

Their team was very responsive, always responding in a timely fashion to my emails or phone calls. They were very easy to work with and very pleasant. They did run into some issues with the installation due to COVID and availability of materials but they were flexible in working with me to try to get me something up and running as quickly as possible. They ended up locating a different liner for the pool as the one that came with the kit was not available; the same thing happened with the heater. All in all, a good experience.
