Southern Pine Construction and Real Estate Inc is run by husband and wife team, Kris and Tabitha Kontur. Together they bring construction knowledge, corporate management, design/build, small business and tons of creativity to life. Most important to them is the transparency and integrity of their work. This is a passion for both of them and you will experience that anytime you meet either of them in person. Kris is a visionary and never stops coming up with new material uses and creative finishes for our projects. Kris spent 20+ years of his construction career working in high-end equine construction. He has designed and built many barns, barn apartments and equine facilities from the ground up with his father Tony by his side. Kris designs and oversees all our projects which is why you will see his personality in all of them as you follow our work. Tabitha comes from many years of experience in real estate, IT and operations management in corporate America and construction management. She is a leader in her field and has been featured on numerous national podcasts and even recently on the cover of Top Agent Magazine. She, alongside Kris are actively involved in each project and passionate about them beyond measure. She equally brings many years of construction and design experience to the team. Most importantly when you hire Southern Pine we will be on your job site doing the actual work. We won't turn it over to subcontractors and become a distant memory that just stops by once or twice.
