My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Having done two large projects with Kyle, Rob and crew I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are so easy to work with, listening and understanding our vision while making recommendations to make it even better. They were honest and upfront about timelines and costs, even saving us money in areas they could. Both projects exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much guys!

Kyle (KyteCon) completed a major renovation of my home, turning my bungalow into a 1.5 storey house. From beginning to end, Kyle was reliable, competent, and trustworthy. I interviewed/researched several GCs in the area and was impressed by Kyle's detailed quote (that had no hidden expenses), his commitment to sticking to a timeline, and having a great group of trades. I was onsite daily and was impressed by all crews in Kyle's network. My neighbours even commented on his trades' professionalism and courtesy to the surrounding homes during construction. Choosing to renovate a home is a very big decision and my main focus was finding a contractor that I could trust. I learned of Kyle through word of mouth and I am so grateful that I found someone who is a decent, honest person that got the job done. And lastly, the quality of the work is outstanding. I have already recommended him to others and if you are reading this, rest assured you have found a great company to do your reno!

Kyle at KyteCon is your guy. Whether a real estate investor looking to maximize cash flow or building a dream home, you will not be disappointed. I’ve worked through 2 duplex conversions with Kyle and he is an expert. In my case, he beat the construction timeline, and change orders due to unforeseen circumstances came in under 5%. I can’t say enough good things. His attention to detail in advising on drawings, forecasting necessary changes, and working with the city is on another level. He has contacts in design, subtrades, legal, material supply, and real estate sales, among others. This guy is a unicorn. I will never use another GC ever again. I get no benefit from this review but I would write it for KyteCon ten times out of ten.
