Mike and is team are incredible. We used them for a large remodel (two kitchens, two bathrooms, laundry room, wet bars, etc etc). Very detail oriented, with reasonable competitive pricing and an 'above and beyond' attitude when it comes to customer satisfaction and work quality. Was a great sounding board for ideology and helped us figure out any abnormalities that our house had. By far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to a large scale remodel.

We recently hired Michael from V.I. Properties to convert a small bedroom closet into a full bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Michael worked closely with us to figure out how to fit a shower, toilet, and sink into such a tight space, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Mike and Team were excellent to work with! There were no hidden cost and any issue we needed to discuss he would contact us and lay out to us the options and cost to resolve. We were traveling 2 weeks during the Kitchen project and Mike sent us text with pictures updating their progress. After the projected was completed we had a complete review and all agreed we received what was Expected!! Mike also took care of the deadlines with the sub contractors. We have used the his plumber to replace our hot water heater after project completion ! I know we made the right decision when watching the Super Bowl my wife turned to me and said “Charlie I love my kitchen !”

V. I. Properties and Michael Fleck were just terrific. Michael and his subs did beautiful work with great attention to detail. Importantly, Michael was also very very flexible with changes and questions that we had during the actual construction process; at no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and Michael was always very free with his time to explain the answers to my questions in depth. Michael finished the project both on budget (there were no surprise ‘extras’) and within the timeframe he had committed. Michael was at the house every day or if he was not going to be at the house on a particular day, advised us in advance. We provided direct access to the lower level to Michael and his subs (who were also very professional) and they came and went as necessary without any disruption to the rest of the house and were always very careful to make sure the house was locked when they left at the end of the day. Further at the end of each workday the space was cleaned as best as possible. These kind of small items become important. I can recommend Michael without hesitation and will be using him again for other work.
