We renovated our bathroom with Harmony Design & Development and had a great experience with the firm. It was my husband's and my first construction project, and we felt like we were in great hands with Jessica, Daniel, and their crew. We were very pleased with Daniel, Jessica and their crew. Our totally renovated dream kitchen included beautiful Segale Brothers cabinetry, new hardwood kitchen flooring designed to complement the rest of our 100 year old house, some challenging lighting issues, and exacting electrical and ducting requirements for Wolf appliances and an external 900 CFM blower. Except for some delays due to the pandemic, the entire process went well – demo, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, backsplash, flooring, painting, daily clean up, etc. The crew was conscientious and professional throughout the process, and their craftsmanship was first-rate. I contracted for a full bathroom remodel. Jessica & Daniel were my project managers. While their estimate for the project was slightly higher than some of the others I had received, I felt good about the quality of service that I was assured I would get. Both Jessica & Daniel seemed honest, genuine, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring! My bathroom project required a full gut. Everything was removed including the tub. The remodel included updating the electrical and plumbing, installing a new shower, bathroom vent, vanity, light fixture, floors, and painting the walls. Jessica & Daniel worked with me on the price and even covered the cost of some of the materials themselves. Throughout the remodel, they called and texted me almost every day with project updates. Whenever I had a question or concern, they worked to resolve it immediately. I was extremely happy with the consistent communication flow. Jessica & Daniel made it clear that they wanted me to be completely happy with my new bathroom and in the end, I was thrilled with the outcome! This is the company you want to hire to do your project. Jessica and Daniel, owners of Harmony Design & Development, are truly amazing at their craft. They work step by step with the client to assist in design, development, organizing, buying and anything needed to get the job done. They do the difficult task coordinating workflow throughout the project, making sure everything is on track and ready for the next phase. This team built a very difficult ADU project in the basement of my home in San Francisco. Taking a 450 square foot space and turning it into a higher-end one bedroom rental unit. Included, were some very challenging plumbing and venting issues that would have been almost impossible to work out if it weren't for their excellent, creative organizational skills.
