We enjoyed working with King’s Landing Properties services. When we began looking for a contractor, we had a hard time even getting a bid from some contractors, so King’s Landing Properties’ immediate open communication was a breath of fresh air. They redid our kitchen, repainted many rooms, and refinished flooring upstairs. We were really happy with the finished product. We had a specific design style in mind, and Artie suggested and connected us with great places for us to source the materials we were looking for. Daniel, Alfonso, and all those on site were always kind and courteous toward us, and they helped us out as new issues came up throughout the process. We’re happy to have worked with King’s Landing Properties!

From initial consultation to project completion, Artie and his team were very responsive to all my questions & requests. They were very helpful in figuring out my design style to sourcing fixtures and materials. Kings Landing has been a great experience and would highly recommend this group.

We are absolutely loving our new kitchen renovation completed by King’s Landing Properties. The project was a dream come true. It involved a number of exciting changes including opening up a wall for a sitting area and installing gorgeous countertops. The entire team at King's Landing really delivered in full. Huge shout out to Artie and Alfonso who's attention to detail and tireless work got us these lovely results that we cherish every day when cooking or entertaining. We are totally satisfied and super happy with all the new storage and amenities as well as the stunning look. This kitchen really is the heart of the home and ours definitely feels like home! We contracted with King's Park landing for the remodel of our master bathroom in late December 2024. Artie, owner, designer and project manager, was intimately involved every step in the process and we had a full design by early January. After completing the design Artie was instrumental in assisting us in selecting all the materials, colors and items needed for the renovation. If he was unable to be there in person he attended virtually to all the vendors. The constuction team of Daniel, Alfonso and Carlos was also excellent. The handiwork of Carlos and Alfonso is meticulous! Every detail of the installation of the tiles, vanities and fixtures that is exact. They were polite, effecient and eceptionally neat from start to completion of the project.They always included us at all times in decisions that needed to be made as the work progressed. We could not have been more pleased with this team. Artie and his team made the process as easy and seamless as possible. The final result speaks for itself - fantastic!

We worked with King's Landing Properties on 3 major projects over the past year. Our first renovation was on our spare bathroom and we already posted a review on that, but the last 2 projects were also a great experience! The owners, Artie and Shangyu were extremely easy to work with and gave us their professional expertise and feedback. They provided us with design options and listened to our ideas so we got exactly what we wanted, and MORE! And Daniel (one of their general contractors) and his team did an amazing job. We couldn't have worked with a better company! Our second project was our primary ensuite (bathroom, hallway and closet). And the third was a general refresh of the 1st and 2nd floors (laundry room, stairs, paint and all the flooring). I attached after pictures of all!

First and foremost it goes without saying that taking on a home remodel project of this size was initially thought to be stressful. However, thanks to Kings Landing Properties they made that stress disappear right from the start. The team at Kings Landing Properties were professional, thoughtful, and creative taking our ideas and excelling at what we thought we could do. The project was fast and the team was responsive when it came to last minute changes and ideas. Their sourcing of materials were unlike any other design studios that we have used before where they would try to upsell their own inventory. Artie, who specifically handled our project was a reliable source when it came to the smallest of details. He had all of his heart involved in our remodel as if it was his own home. Kings Landing Properties were honest when it came to pricing of materials and always sought the best deal that the market had as we never had to worry about hidden fees or sourcing expenses or going over budget. The contractor Daniel had an amazing team of highly skilled individuals who were masters of their crafts (electrical, plumbing, framing, etc). All in all I could not recommend the team at Kings Landing Properties any higher. Our initial idea design paled in comparison to what the team Kings Landing Properties was able to do. They took a general idea that we had and polished it into a dream. Our home is beautiful now and looks like it came straight out of a magazine and it’s all thanks to Artie and Daniel at Kings Landing Properties!

Kings Landing designed and remodeled a boring no de script space into a mudroom/laundry room of our dreams, along with a full remodel of our kitchen. The colors and features are beautiful and functional. Design features (cabinetry spice rack, coffee bar, pot filler) add an elevated elegance to the space. They guided us in selecting the gorgeous countertops and other materials that we love. The flow of our work space is noticeably improved. We are happy with our kitchen and mudroom design.

KLP are great thought partners and help bring ideas to reality. KLP were responsive and transparent in their communications. Work quality is top notch. I am happy with the end product!

We are highly satisfied with King’s Landing Properties’ services. The quality of their work is fantastic - they deliver on exactly what they promise and go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They also leave your home just as they found it (sometimes cleaner than they found it!) Despite working on multiple projects at once, King's Landing does not compromise the finished product - they take the time to ensure that everything is perfect. Given that the majority of this renovation was completed long distance, most aspects of this project were pretty painless. The design of the house has improved 1000 fold and the property is easier to live in and more true to the period in which it was built. We appreciate all the work King's Landing put into our space.

King's Landing did an absolutely beautiful job with our home remodel. They took our designs and turned our dreams into a reality. Not only were they able to deliver everything we wanted and more, but they took the time to really listen to us, provide great advice, and source the items we wanted for our home. We loved working with King's Landing Properties (KLP) on our home remodel. We converted the upstairs of our townhome from a 2 bed 2 bath to a 3 bed 2 bath and we still were able to fit in and create the master suite of our dreams! They were very patient and understanding of our budget needs, with a very hands on approach every step of the process starting from our initial phone call to the end of the project. Artie and Shangyu are incredible designers who did an excellent job overseeing the project and providing optimal design advice, while also saving us thousands by finding high quality design materials on sale. Their crew led by Oscar Jr were always accommodating. They were very careful with the details maintaining a high build quality, while still working quickly. I strongly recommend KLP as they provide a great value of top notch service, while also being very reasonably priced. We feel so comfortable in our newly redesigned home!
