We truly cannot say enough positive things about Grif and the entire Braeside Builders team. Braeside brought to life our dream house in a way that surpassed all of our expectations. The attention to detail, the blend between craftsmanship, sheer beauty, and practicality, durability, and longevity is quite simply incredible. No detail was overlooked and the talent for, and pride in, the work is evident from top to bottom from each team member. Grif had creative solutions to every challenge that arose, and recommended innovative and thoughtful approaches throughout the project--suggesting ideas that we often hadn't even thought of and making every last detail, even in the seemingly mundane, like baseboards, a work of art. The mutual respect between Braeside and the numerous contractors was very apparent, and every single person who worked on the project was hardworking, efficient, and friendly, and the project was completed exactly on time--a huge feat given the scale of the work. The communication was clear, straightforward, and seamless. On top of the unmatched talent of Braeside, the whole team is quite simply a joy to work with and felt like second family with their kindness, thoughtfulness, humor, and clear passion for what they do. We can never thank you all enough!

My wife and I are repeat customers of Grif and Braeside builders. Most recently, Grif built us our dream home. We could not be happier with it and with the service and craftsmanship we received from Braeside. The project was done ahead of schedule and on budget and the experience was phenomenal. Unlike most other building outfits, Grif’s team is small enough to be nimble and efficient but large enough to handle real projects. He has an excellent network of subs who are all responsive and clearly have tremendous respect for his work. They all independently said we were lucky to have Braeside building for us, and we certainly agreed. Overall, every element of the build was an exceptional experience with Grif. We had several changes in scope of work and the team handled them nimbly and quickly. The workmanship of our house is top notch and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Grif recently built a new entryway on our home. We have nothing but praise for Grifs communication, knowledge and talent as a builder. In the initial planning stages Grif helped us to see the potential opportunities, and ultimately we ended up with something significantly more sophisticated and beautiful than we could’ve imagined. We’re blown away by the finished product. Grif is a hard worker and also has the self awareness and connections to bring in expertise in other areas when needed. We 100% recommend him. Working with Braeside Builders for our master bathroom renovation was a great experience from start to finish. Griffin was meticulous from the initial planning stage to the last finishes. He skillfully translated our vision into a bathroom we love. He has great ideas, is smart, very professional and delivers.
