He did his job fast, communication was always great, and we were very pleased working with him. Anthony led the way through an "After the Fact" permitting process with the City of Boca Raton, which successful closing of permits was required for the impending real estate sale, in a matter of 8 weeks. Anthony handled the situation of working with the city inspectors and local service providers to complete the code requirements with aplomb and efficiency. It was the 11th hour, facing a holiday weekend, and inspector notes 2 a/c vent grates had to be drywalled out. What other G.C. would have pulled it together and taken care of it, that night, by his own hand?! Anthony alleviated a lot of stress for me. No brainer … you’re lucky if you get to work with him.
