We recently worked with Construction Project Pros LLC on a major home renovation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team handled a full kitchen remodel, teardown of multiple walls, complete plumbing upgrades throughout the house, installation of a new electrical panel, new flooring, interior painting, ceiling re-texturing, as well as a patio remodel that included new flooring, paint, removal of a prior built-in grill wall, and even the addition of an outdoor shower. Throughout the process, the crew was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They kept the job site clean, were prompt in responding to questions or concerns, and maintained clear communication every step of the way. Importantly, they stayed on track with the project timeline, which made the experience much less stressful. The quality of the work really shows—we are thrilled with the results and feel confident recommending Construction Project Pros LLC to friends and family looking for reliable, skilled construction management.

We experienced a major mold problem associated with you garage refrigerator. Construction Project Pros Came and immediately began remediation. They removed a lot of the dry wall and replaced it with new. They did an excellent job of this and also with removing some storage cabinets that also had mold behind them. We could not be more pleased with the promptness and quality of their work. We also found the cost to be very reasonable considering the scope of the mold once the cabinets were removed. I would recommend Construction Projects Pros LLC without any reservations because this has been an excellent experience for us.

Chris and Yul are likely the most conscientious construction team anywhere. Their work is first class, and their communication with us throughout the process was superb. They had great design ideas, and their use of technology to make the plans come to life for us helped us create the place we knew we would love. We were 2.5 hours away from the project and received updates from them (e.g., phone calls, pictures, thoughts for improvements, questions about our desires, etc.) on an almost daily basis. Follow up on punch list items (there wasn't many) has been prompt and thorough. We found them to be true to their word, and highly focused on providing great service, even going out of their way to ensure we had a good experience with them. If we decide to build, or renovate, again, in their area we will definitely be calling them.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Chris and Construction Project Pros. They completely renovated a condo for us on Venice Island. To begin with we received a contract from them outlining the work to be done with pricing and deadlines. Communication was excellent. Phone calls, texts and emails were all responded to in a timely manner. Since we’re not local we also communicated by zoom calls. Chris is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and design. He was very receptive to all our ideas and provided lots of constructive advice. It was a pleasure working with true professionals. Our place is spectacular!

We needed to have a bathroom renovation done in Venice. We are not from the area, so we started contacting different contractors. When meeting with contractors Chris stood out to us because he listened to what our needs were and then gave us good suggestions. He was also able to give us a realistic timeline which was important to us since it is a vacation rental. Once the work started, he helped us with a water leak from another unit (unrelated to the work they were doing) which we really appreciated as we don't live in the area. He was patient and helpful through that issue. Chris was easy to reach and kept us up to date through the whole process. The finished product is beautiful. It was done on time and on budget. They also left the property spotless when they finished.

Chris and Yul took on a 6 month project with a 60 day timeline and absolutely exceeded our expectations. My husband and I will forever be big fans of this company. From the beginning of our kitchen and bathroom remodeling they were very professional, listened to our wants and concerns, helped with insightful suggestions, respected our budget, and tried to stay close to our original timeline. Chris and Yul are talented workers and Trish kept all of us spinning in the right direction. Our rooms were stunning surprises. Hard to believe such small areas could completely change the brightness and general feel of our condo. Having been involved in various forms of construction for most over 40 years I can honestly say that Construction Project Pros is the best I have ever worked with! After contracting with another company who started our renovation and then became stagnant for over 3 months with minimal progress, Construction Project Pros took over the job and completed it within 6 weeks. The end result was far better than we had imagined. The attention to detail was superior and Yul, Trish, and their team were fantastic to work with. Once on board they were committed to not only completing the project but to delivering a fantastic result that was HGTV quality. They showed up on time, had full control on their sub contractors, kept to the job schedule they provided and at the same time preformed top quality work.
