These guys were amazing. Very professional from beginning to end. We hired GBC Homes for a full interior remodel in 2024, and the results are outstanding. The transformation of our entire home is impressive, but the standout feature is unquestionably the kitchen. GBC built a guest house for us as our parents sold their house and wanted to move on our property in a small home. They were adamant about having their own small home. GBC Homes completed a remodel of our home in Gilbert in early 2026. The remodel work that GBC completed at our home in Gilbert was exemplary. It truly represents magnificent attention to detail and pride of craftsmanship. Starting with advising us on design choices and establishing a realistic budget and detailed scope of work, we could not be happier with the results and how we were treated as valued customers throughout the process. Having finished a 40-year career in engineering and project management, I may have been a “little” more involved than the typical client, but I always appreciated the time that Geno and Carl, and their team took to discuss any challenges and develop reasonable solutions. As a PMI® PMP, I can tell you that Mark Haley is one of the best project managers that I’ve worked with. His communication with us was punctual and accurate, and he efficiently scheduled all trade subcontractors. The GBC office team, including Tammy and Jeri professionally supported all transactions and invoicing. I can’t say enough about the quality of the trade subcontractors that GBC assembled, including the painters, plumbers, electrician, cabinets, demo, cleaning, tilers, counters, concrete, and framing. Their work exceeded our expectations. If you have are considering whether to contract with GBC Homes, please know that we would be happy to serve as references. You will not be disappointed.

GBC built a beautiful and perfectly constructed mid-century home a few years back. Turning a scraped lot into a desert oasis that is growing in value by double digits. GBC Homes completed our large house back in 2023 during the covid years, they were very professional, used good trade partners and were always on top of the schedule the best they can during Covid. I was very happy as a end user and as of today we still have not had one crack in our stucco. Geno and the team at GBC are organized and efficient. I recommend them 100%

We have just recently completed a major remodel of our home in the Ahwatukee Foothills community in Phoenix. GBC was the general contractor on the job. They played and integral role in design, build and even picking finishes. This was not just putting lipstick on an older home, this was a complete structural change that required moving load bearing walls and moving exterior walls that required a complete engineering and mechanical review. The team at GBC lead by Geno and Carl brought the best experts to the table to complete the job. From mechanical contractors, framing and engineering expertise, plumbing, electrical and we even had an entire home automation design. The GBC team brought their knowledge and over 150 years of combined experience to the table in deciding the right doors, windows, flooring, wall color and even appliances. We had one person to to manage all those decisions and bring us ideas. Everyone of their jobs has a project manager assigned and Ed was there every day managing multiple trades and keeping the entire project on schedule and meeting our expectations. We could not have been happier with the end product.

GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!

Unfortunatley GBC missed the mark on a condo renovation. Their attention to detail delayed the occupancy of our new condo. They used the wrong paint (eggshell instead of flat), and had to repaint the entire condo. Additionally, in the study they used the wrong color as well. The laundry room floor grout was not the same color which they said needed 3 weeks to cure and it would be fine. They had to come back and paint the grout to get it matching. Again, causing delays which were unavoidable. The electrician they used also made errors. Dimmers not correctly installed, overhead can lights added but not aligned properly. He returned multiple times. The plumber didn't install the toilet seats correctly. He had to return as well. GBC ordered the wrong insert for the gas fireplace. They were recommended to us, but in good conscience I can not recommend GBC
