From start to finish, the overall experience working with RBD on our major basement renovation was superb. Project management headed by Frank for the scope of work, timeline and expectations was transparent and on the mark. Each of the different trades that had a hand in the renovations, nothing but quality. From the demo crew, drywall, mud and taper, painters and construction crew.

I recently had work done by RBD Contracting for a basement renovation after a flood, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. Their team was incredibly punctual, efficient, tidy, and professional, but what really stood out was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project — they were always available to chat, quick to respond, and proactive in keeping me updated. They also took the lead in coordinating with other contractors, which kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. These guys did a wonderful job with my basement after it being flooded. They looked after my walls, doors, trim and floors. They even came up with a great solution to one of my bedrooms that had stucco on it. I would definitely use these guys again for any other work that I need done, as well as recommend them to anyone who is looking.

After a flood, our insurance company contracted the work to a company who sub-contracted to RBD Contracting Inc. Were we ever blessed and very happy. Frank,Scott and the team were easy to work with; always on time; worked straight through without smoke breaks, etc. In other words, put in a good day's work. We were so impressed with their workmanship, we hired RBD Contracting Inc to renovate our entire lower level. This included tearing the back off the house, so we now have a beautiful new walk-out facing a more convenient side. Not disappointed!!! So then it seemed that our 'shed' was not up to par. Now we have a beautiful 'shop' (sizing makes a difference in title) in our backyard. RBD worked in to the freezing and start of the snowing, to complete the build. As soon as the backyard is dryer, we anticipate our yard will be cleaned up, (hopefully soon) and back for using again.

RBD Contracting did the drywall repairs & baseboards after a flood. They were fast & effecient with very little mess which they cleaned up nicely. I would recommend then to anyone that needed this kind of work done.

RBD Contracting are a pleasure to work with on major and minor renovations! Scott and Frank are actively involved throughout the project - from idea conception through project planning and implementation. We did a major ground floor reno on our kitchen, living room, dinning room, ensuite and powder room. From start to finish, Scott and Frank kept us in the loop on what would and wouldn't work; they listened to our ideas for changes and either accepted them (with good change management and paperwork) or said why they thought we'd be better to take a different approach (which was backed up in their experience of major renos.) Overall, I'd use RBD Contracting again. Their workmanship and contacts in the trades (there were a number of people they connected with us who did great product) is invaluable. Great job Scott, Frank and Team RBD!
