Gus at UR Building Consulting Engineers is professional and easy to work with. He helped us make a confident decision in a structural re-design in our home remodel which turned out great. City approved his plans quickly and without question. He handled a couple of modifications I made mid-process without undue fuss and promptly had the drawings submitted to the city for approval. Gus was very professional during this project very helpful any questions you need he will give you his opinion and advice. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and he makes sure he will have drawings done by the deadline. I will recommend him to all my family and friends and people that I know. I just finished my project for the bathroom and bedroom for my youngest daughter, she loves her bedroom and bathroom.

Excellent work from Gus. He worked on our remodeling project that included structural work as well as converting a half bathroom into a full bathroom with shower. He was very responsive and prompt. His plans passed the city permit review without a glitch.
