My mom needed her townhome remodeled because she really wanted to rent the home out and have it super special for the new tenants. Turn key helped me out a lot with most of the ideas and layouts for a beautiful design. Andrew and Kourtney did an amazing job thanks so much. Glad I chose them to remodel and stick with in my budget.

I cannot recommend Courtney and her team enough! She is always there to answer any questions and responds so quickly to any questions or concerns! Her design completely transformed our layout and it is more than we could have imagined! Last minute Courtney suggested we go with an exposed brick beam instead of a wood beam and we were hesitant but trusted her 100%! I can honestly say it truly made our kitchen a statement!

I am absolutely in love with our kitchen. We had an issue with our original Sub contractor and Turn Key designs literally saved the day. I am forever grateful. Beyond satisfied with the quality work Turn Key has done for my first home remodeling project. The team is very attentive to detail, gave me fair up front cost estimates and valuable suggestions throughout! I had a great experience with this professional knowledgeable team that was always responsive whenever I had any questions outside of meetings. They were able to help me define my style based on the ideas I had and bring my vision to life without rushing the process. When challenges occurred the team was able to present great solutions. This is the first of many projects I’ll be contacting Turn Key for and I highly recommend this dedicated team to take on any remodeling/design projects.

Turn key designs has been very helpful throughout my whole entire remodel. They have kept in contact with me and are always available for advice. The work was done in a timely matter as well. I worked specifically with Courtney and she was very helpful in allowing my vision come to life and I honestly would 10 out of 10 recommend.

My mom and I are remodeling a property we have and we were super confused on where to start but Courtney helped us with all of are needs and concerns. She included us in all the little minor to big details for our project thanks so much we really love are new space.

Purchasing a new home is a huge commitment after finally settling on a home (in this crazy market!) we new we were going to have to bring in some vision and TLC to make this the home we wanted. I am not a DIY kind of person primarily because my visions can sometimes get the best of me an my nonexistent talent. After sitting with several contractors and designers nothing clicked….that is until Courtney and Turn Key designs sat down with me and assured me that not only was my dream house Pinterest board vision possible but that they had even better suggestions! Courtney not once laughed or gave me a look of insanity…not even when I told her that my master bathroom was to be as luxurious as a hotel spa bathroom. I wanted a bathroom I could walk into an feel special in….who wants to work all day an come home to a bathroom that doesn’t give you spa like vibes. Courtney took my words and made them true! Everything about our master bathroom is not only aesthetically Appealing- she turned our basic shower into a steam shower. Every corner an space in our bathroom has a purpose…I walk in every morning feeling great and end my day soaking it up in the tub with just the right amount of dim lighting thanks to her suggestion of adding a dimmer. The next most important space in the house (to me) was the kitchen….I hated that it was separated by walls and had closed room coffin vibes…it’s bad enough I spend majority of my day in the kitchen but to be cut off from the rest of the house sucked…I didn’t even have to say it….Courtney knew right away and just like that walls came down and an island got put in! Now I can cook and entertain and feel less secluded. Not to mention it gave the house way more lighting throughout! I highly suggest you “turn over the keys” to Courtney and TK designs…you won’t be disappointed. They’ll turn that Pinterest board dream into a reality.

Turn Key was excellent to work with from start to finish! Was in need of a new closet design/build and the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot didn’t offer nearly anything close to what Turn Key provided me. Both Courtney and Andrew were great from start to finish. They kept me in the loop during every step, whether it was with an email or a personal phone call. They both make you feel like family, and that trust goes a long way in business. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out! Turn Key knows it’s stuff and they know it well!
