To get started, you discuss with her what you are looking for and expecting in your renovation. You explain to her your budget, your style, in details as much as you can about such things as appliances, cabinets, colors, specific features you desire. She knows the right questions to ask to help you formulate a plan. She researches the details you have offered and puts together a detailed sketch and explanation of what she understands that you want. She strives to maintain the agreed-upon budget. You always have the last word in any project. Once work began, her crews were here every day for 2 1/2 months straight, including some weekends. She is a master at scheduling subs and has them lined up for continuous work. After the 2 1/2 months, we were able to move back into our kitchen and it was fully functional. There were some products that took longer to produce and ship, but she insured that there were no delays under her control. We bid out our project to three highly reputable construction companies. The next shortest work time proposed was five months. Her budget and bid was the lowest by tens of thousands and she stayed within those boundaries we realized when we made choices that were above the proposed budget for any item that would affect our bottom line. We were informed before any action was taken and our approval continued the process. There were no big surprises. As with any job, mistakes are made either by misunderstandings, wrong product expectations, or miscommunication. We immediately pointed out any issues we were not pleased with, and they were corrected without any penalty to us or any ill feelings or bad attitudes. Problems were corrected in a timely manner as soon as they were discovered. Laurie professionally handled any complications with grace and steady professionalism. We definitely made the correct choice in choosing Croes Renovations and would encourage others seeking remodeling projects to seriously considering them for their project. The Croes Renovations team is amazing! They renovated our primary bathroom into an amazing space. The team listened to our requests and helped transform our ideas into reality. Our bathroom went from a standard room into a showstopper. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The crew was respectful of our home and personable and professional. The design help was instrumental in creating a relaxing, beautiful space.

Laurie Croes made the process of remodeling our kitchen easy and effective! She was very open to my ideas about what I wanted and made it happen! Her husband, Tino, son Lucas, and all of the other crew were wonderful to work with, especially the carpenter and the electrician. We ran over on the time-line by only a week - due to subcontractors, but that was to be expected. Laurie showed up each week before construction started with a new layout with my revisions with a smile on her face! We have an unusual kitchen that has a roof over it! It was in the Parade of Homes in our neighborhood in 1969. We wanted to keep it because it was different, and original to the house. We enjoyed working with them and would work with them again! We highly recommend them.

I had filed an insurance claim for water damage to my home and we all know insurance companies are either hit or miss in helping out the homeowner. They either settle quickly with no question or drag their feet and you're at their mercy! Well, unfortunately, my insurance company took their good 'ole time dragging on the renovation to my home, specifically my master bathroom was inoperable for a good seven months! The water damage to my home was extensive to a degree but Croes Renovations was extremely patient during these long seven months, scheduling me on the books immediately every time I reached out to them with an ok from my insurance company to either start/stop, continue renovation or even wait for insurance to pay for the next phase. My home has never looked better, specifically, my master bathroom where the water damage initially took place. Croes Renovations worked their magic and turned a horrible situation into a miracle because now my master bathroom and other damaged rooms look better than ever! The water damage was a blessing in disguise since I now have each room geared to my specific taste! Thank you Croes Renovations for an absolutely Wonderful job! Croes Renovations did a fantastic job on our kitchen make-over. It was not a huge project so we had concerns that a smaller project may be overlooked but that never occurred with them. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They provided honest opinions on style when asked and they worked with us on the timeline when unexpected obstacles came up on our end. They made the process very easy. I hope to use them again one day when we decide to redo a another room.

They have gone above and beyond to help our dream house come true. I don't know much about how to design a kitchen and they walked us through the process taking our wants and making it all happen!

Yes our home is updated and lovely, as you would expect of a professional renovation company, but what I really appreciated was the responsiveness, the follow-through, the patience, and the overall high quality of their customer service and attention to my projects. With a small, local, family-owned company, sometimes you sacrifice in other areas for that level of attention, but our projects were also done ON TIME and WITHIN BUDGET. You hear so many horror stories about contractors who leave unfinished work, or don't show up at all. The Croes are the opposite of that. You get the best of both worlds: the expertise and professionalism of a large company, but all the benefits of a small, locally-owned and family-run business. We were “ lost “, When our downstairs of our homes flooded from a broken pipe in the wall entire downstairs was a wreck and they had to tear it up down to the subfloor which was also a wreck. Croes Renovations, came in and gave us a total renovation plan, they had incredible ideas that we never thought of, they were totally professional and did us a favor and started earlier than expected. They were incredible, and hired the best specialists, and Quality Workers We have ever seen! They were right there with us, for every aspect and concerns. In a couple of months, our home is transformed in this beautiful home we could ever imagine… You’ve definitely added incredible value to our home and it looks absolutely beautiful the entire downstairs and the stairway. I would recommend Croes Renovations to anybody who wants to improve the look of their home and has no idea about renovations. They did a superb job for us!
