Neu Haus LLC

Keith is extremely conscientious of our needs, schedules and communications. He has become a friend upon who we can rely.

We have worked with Keith and his team for many years on several projects and I couldn't recommend them more. Very reliable, high quality work, great communications and just generally a pleasure to work with.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Keith and his Neu Haus team. They recently completed a major home renovation for us, including the addition of an elevator, an extensive kitchen and living room remodel, and bathroom upgrades. Throughout the entire process, he approached every detail with extraordinary care, professionalism, and pride in his work. Keith is respectful and kind to everyone he encounters – our kids, dog, and all our neighbors love him. More importantly, he sets high expectations of himself, treats his clients fairly and delivers exceptional results. What stood out most was that Keith treated our home as if it were his own. One simple example says a lot: we had ordered vents that appeared to be the right product, but they were sidewall vents rather than ceiling vents, which was not obvious from the website or packaging. After his team installed one, Keith inspected it and immediately questioned whether it was truly the right solution. The easy answer would have been to simply install what we had provided, especially since any issue might not have appeared for a year or two. Instead, Keith brought it to our attention because he wanted the job done correctly. That level of integrity and attention to detail was consistent throughout the project. My wife and I repeatedly saw Keith go above and beyond the call of duty. When we changed our minds on certain choices, he pivoted without pushback, despite the schedule delays and extra work that our new choices would create. He has a great attitude, surrounds himself with an excellent team, treats everyone with kindness and respect, and brings a meticulous eye to every aspect of the work. Keith is one of those rare contractors who combines skill, honesty, care, and professionalism at the highest level. We are thrilled with the results and would love the opportunity to work with him again on another project. We recommend him without hesitation.
