Great crew! Completed the CRMP/EBB retrofit of our 70-year old redwood château in Eureka and assisted with making sure the paperwork and application wasn’t gonna be rejected by CRMP/EBB or FEMA.

I highly recommend Humboldt Home Maintenance and Construction. Bob is responsive, experienced, has good ideas, knows lots of ways to do something so he can give you options, and he is well-connected to ther experts whom he calls in when needed. He had good money-saving alternatives for a couple of projects at my place, and solved a few issues at a good price. He also worked quickly, so things were taken care of in a very short time. We're already working on more projects. If you want an experienced, professional, knowledgeable, fast-working, reliable contractor, call this company!

Bob and his crew were efficient, professional, and responsive. Our earthquake "Bolt & Brace" project was well executed. Bob was extremely helpful in responding to the many additional information requests from the California Earthquake Authority in the process of being "verified" by them so we could receive the benefits of bolt & brace in lowering our earthquake insurance costs. Bob's patience is remarkable! We intend to use his services in the future for other projects around our home.

We hired Bob Borck for projects at 3 locations - Gold Beach and North Bend, Oregon, and Evergreen, Colorado. We learned we can trust their honest assessment of what needed to be done, the quotes provided, and definitely the quality and timeliness of the completed work. From construction, roofing, painting and more, Bob worked on a variety of projects over many years. Also important, he reviewed home inspections for us, saving us from purchasing a house with too many current and potential problems. Would hire again because when you need him, he's there doing the job. Wonderful service by a true professional!

I have used Humboldt Home multiple times, and they have become my "go to" builder/contractor and general maintenance crew. They are professional, courteous and do EXCELLENT work. Most importantly to me, Bob (the owner) is a man of true integrity. I have used him for a bathroom renovation, a foundation repair, building a chicken coop and tool shed, and the foundation for a hot tub. Each and every time he worked with me in a manner that felt like a partnership. Really, I felt like he treated my home as if it was his own. He also kept me apprised every step of the way.

Bob was pat ience not rushing me .Giveing me options and I decided on a door package finally. It didnt fit.Bob did his magic. It looks great.Had many complements on it.I love them.Would totally recommend.
